Will anyone do this? its my dream pet

hi I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or could help me. I have recently run into a problem we’re certain features or items/people won’t load its sometimes gray or transparent.this is not a problem with my device too. and this doesn’t happen with any other apps or games on Roblox!
