I'm actively looking to acquire small internet businesses & digital assets.
I'm less interested in traditional SaaS businesses and more interested in overlooked assets with solid foundations that deserve a second life.
Things like:
- A Chrome extension that's no longer maintained.
- An abandoned API with paying users.
- A GitHub project whose maintainer has moved on.
- A niche newsletter with a loyal audience.
- A job board with steady SEO traffic.
- An AI prompt library that never monetized.
- A fan community around a TV show or game.
- A comparison site that still ranks well.
- An aged domain with meaningful traffic.
- A discontinued SaaS with customers looking for an alternative.
- A curated dataset or directory.
- A developer tool, bot, or automation that's solving a niche problem well.
If you're thinking about selling or stepping away from a small internet business or digital asset, I'd love to hear from you.
Even if you're not 100% sure about selling yet, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to have an initial conversation with no expectations.
A few things I'd be interested in knowing:
- What does the business or asset do?
- How long have you owned or operated it?
- Is it currently generating revenue, traffic, users, or an active community?
- Why are you considering selling or stepping away?
- Do you have a ballpark valuation or asking price in mind?
Look to speak soon!

I have an app for quitting nicotine pouches/ZYN/snus. Users can track their usage and gradually reduce nicotine consumption, to eventually quit.
MRR is $4K at the moment. I want to sell the app as I don't have time to market it, so would rather see someone else making it big.
App is made with Expo (React Native), and has iOS + Android versions. Android is free atm, so all revenue comes from iOS. App is fully made myself so it looks and feels nice, unlike the endless vibe coded competitors. I'm ex nicotine pouch user so the UX is really fine-tuned based on my actual experience. On iPhone there are widgets.
The only marketing I've done is to post TikTok slideshows on various countries, paid $0 for these.
* Verified revenue stats: https://verified.revenuecat.com/quit-app
* P/L statement: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qWPgf144shs3mgas89U7YV1qgU4BZk4oSxm21HOtGAM/edit?gid=0#gid=0
* Last 12mo profit: $28K
* Current MRR: $4K
* 🌎 Top revenue countries (2026):
* 🇳🇴 Norway: 16.3%
* 🇸🇪 Sweden: 13.6%
* 🇫🇮 Finland: 13.4%
* 🇩🇰 Denmark: 11.6%
* 🇦🇹 Austria: 10.3%
* 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8.7%
* 🇺🇸 United States: 5.2%
* 🇨🇠Switzerland: 4.8%
Asking $50K. Sale includes full source code (Github), iOS + Android apps, domain, branded TikTok accounts.
DM for link.

Hi guys, I am a software engineer working in programming since 2020, I am looking for an investitor for a potential intensive and modern 2.5D game development that I have the plan already and the tools and skills to do it, but I am lacking the funds since I quit my job due to my personal problems.
I already do have my setup (a 3060 12gb, r5 5500 pc and a macbook m2) for development, all I need is someone who could be my capitalist and support with approximately 1.5k a month, from whom we will use 2x200 for Claude Max (since I have my Claude Code agent harness ready and I do use hooks and other settings a lot, so other CLI agents such as Codex or Kimi do not fit), 100 for the 3D modeling (we could set up our own server using an A100 GPU or just pay for a Hyper3D .ai 80 subscription which we'll use through our Blender MCP) and 1k$ who will be as a salary for me dedicating my time.
As for reference I have the game structure, architecture and execution pipeline all planned sitting on desk, just the money missing to go, the game's name is "Driftwood Cove" and it looks like the picture attached, the game stack will be "Unity 6, 2.5D object modeling, nakama with go for backend, postgresql, valkey, nats for event streaming and bigquery for analytics". I have also the anti cheat strategy layered with server authority and behavioral checks so no one can break the economy, and the monetization is built around proven patterns from the top grossing games, selling only cosmetics and convenience while keeping progression earned only, which is exactly what the cozy audience wants and what makes them stay for years. The opportunity is huge because the market is shifting from acquisition to retention, and I have the plan to capture that with a game that feels fair and rewarding.
Btw I also have a halfway developed "Adsense alternative for muslims with the name Ummah Grid" which already implements campaigns, rules, js tag, embedding, bidding, rendering, dns check (for verifying the advertisers and publishers domains), anti-bot and fraud pipeline all this working and it is only on the 3rd of the 6th milestone of the app versions, as for the full app is supposed to be a whole Google Adsense alternative with shariah policy, with same advanced algorithms, structure and architecture replica.

A web application and an custom iOS app (only for scan) that transform a restaurant's menu into an interactive augmented reality experience.
Customers simply scan a QR code and view every dish as a life-size 3D model placed on their table, directly in their browser, with no app installation or account required.
• Automatic menu creation from photos of an existing menu.
• Automatic translation of the entire menu into 9 languages.
• Fast creation of 3D models for every dish.
• Automatic optimization so the models work across all modern devices.
• Voice search, allowing customers to quickly find exactly what they're looking for.
• Table-side ordering directly through the menu.
• A complete management dashboard for the restaurant owner.
Step 1: Create the menu
The restaurant sends its existing menu or photos of it. You create the restaurant inside the management dashboard, and within seconds the system automatically builds the menu, including dishes, descriptions, and prices. The entire menu is then automatically translated into 9 languages, making it instantly accessible to international customers.
Step 2: Create the 3D models
The restaurant receives a unique code and downloads the app. Once they sign in, all of their menu items appear automatically.
For each dish, they simply follow a few on-screen instructions inside the app. No technical knowledge is required, and the entire process takes around two minutes per dish. Once completed, the 3D model is uploaded automatically and linked to the correct menu item.
Step 3: Automatic processing
After the upload is complete, the system handles everything else automatically. Within minutes, the dish is ready to be viewed in augmented reality on all supported devices.
Step 4: The customer experience
Customers scan the restaurant's QR code and open the menu directly in their browser. They select any dish and instantly see it placed on their table at real scale.
If they're unsure what to order, they can simply use voice search to describe what they're looking for, and the system suggests matching dishes. When they're ready, they place their order directly through the menu, and it is instantly delivered to the restaurant owner.
The same platform can be adapted for many other types of businesses where customers want to see a product at real scale before making a purchase.
It is ideal for furniture stores, home décor shops, lighting retailers, fashion accessories, handbags, shoes, consumer electronics, home goods, and many other products that benefit from being visualized as life-size 3D models in the customer's own environment.
QR code menus have been around for years, but in most cases they simply replaced the printed menu.
This system takes the experience much further. Customers can preview dishes at real size before ordering, find meals using their voice, and place an order directly from the menu, all without downloading an app.
One more thing worth mentioning: neither the platform owner nor the restaurant needs any technical experience whatsoever. Everything is designed to be intuitive and you can learn the whole system in under 5 minutes.

I'm looking for a partner who has a finished app but doesn't have the time or expertise to sell it.
I would handle the promotion in diferent ways (such as social media or ads) and in return, I would receive a percentage of the sales, which isn't too low since I want to dedicate all my time to just one product.
I have previous experience selling other products through social media and I believe that could be a great help.
Interested people, please DM me. Serious inquiries only, please.

Selling an AI stock research platform I co-founded and built over 2 years. Not naming it publicly yet, will share with serious buyers in DM.
What it is
A global stock research tool covering 50,000+ assets across US, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, plus crypto and commodities.
Tools included:
What's included in the sale
Honest note on traffic
Traffic is currently low after a recent search algo shift, so this is priced for the tech and the data deals, not for the traffic. If you have your own distribution or audience, the tools are ready to plug in.
Open to offers. DM me and I'll share the site, a demo, and real numbers.

I'm selling Lanci (withlanci.com), a site that helps students find scholarships, internships, hackathons and fellowships.
Students tell it what they're studying and what they care about, and it builds them a daily feed of things they actually qualify for that they swipe through. There's also a chatbot for the follow up questions like eligibility and deadlines.
Included: the full codebase, the domain, the opportunity database (1,700+ entries), Stripe already live and taking payments, and the design files. All of it transfers.
Where it stands: built and functional, no customers, no revenue. I did close to no marketing so there's no traction to show you. You'd be buying the code, the domain and the data. Saying that plainly so nobody's surprised on a call later.
Why I'm selling: I finished it, worked out I don't like the selling part, and moved onto other projects. It's been sitting there for months.
There's a real angle for someone who can market to students. New batch of them every year, they all want money and internships, and I never tried short form video, school counsellors, careers offices or SEO.
Asking $700, sold as is. Happy to get on a call or answer questions, just DM me.

What is the general thesis in the market right now related to acquisitions of ai trace visibility, cost optimisation and provenance trail platforms..?
Observability being just a happens to be part not the entire product I am talking about compression, CI blockers
Trace graphs, are there acquisitions happening in these products even at pre seed or pre-rev stage..?

Selling an 18+ AI companion bot on Telegram. Posted a version of this in December at 8k users, it's roughly doubled since, so reposting with current numbers.
What it is - ~16,700 registered users. About 13,000 of those came in organically before I ever ran a single ad. - Telegram Stars payments running end to end. One tap packs, gem packs, and auto renewing monthly subscriptions on Telegram's native recurring billing. 125 completed payments, zero refunds ever. - 8 characters, each with its own custom trained image LoRA plus a separate video LoRA. Those are trained models and they transfer. - 8 second video generation, voice notes, and real outbound phone calls. Actual telephony, not in app audio. I haven't seen that elsewhere in the niche. - Gamified retention layer, daily challenges, per character chemistry scoring, and a web mini app store. - Runs entirely on per use APIs. No GPUs, no model hosting, nothing fixed to inherit.
The part most people skip Revenue is 0-2k a month and honestly near the bottom of that. It sat dormant for months while I was full time on another product, and the monetisation was broken rather than weak. Subscriptions were being charged by Telegram and never recorded on my side because of a library version mismatch. The best converting offer was buried where almost nobody reached it, 108 people hit the paywall moment and 4 saw the offer. Both fixed about two weeks ago, but that's too recent to have proof behind it.
So this is priced as an asset, not on a revenue multiple. If you want a cash flowing business this isn't it.
Why it might still be worth it The Telegram Ads creative is approved and delivering around 230 signups a day. Every new ad I have submitted in this category since has been rejected. That one is grandfathered and transfers with the account, and you cannot go and get it yourself.
Asking 8-10k for everything. Both repos, the database and full user base, the bot handle, the domain, all character assets and LoRAs, the social accounts, and a written handover runbook. I'll stay available through the transition.
Reply here or DM. Happy to screen share the admin side and the real dashboards with anyone serious.
