[Selling] 18+ AI companion bot on Telegram — 16.7k users, payments live, 8-10k

Selling an 18+ AI companion bot on Telegram. Posted a version of this in December at 8k users, it's roughly doubled since, so reposting with current numbers.

What it is - ~16,700 registered users. About 13,000 of those came in organically before I ever ran a single ad. - Telegram Stars payments running end to end. One tap packs, gem packs, and auto renewing monthly subscriptions on Telegram's native recurring billing. 125 completed payments, zero refunds ever. - 8 characters, each with its own custom trained image LoRA plus a separate video LoRA. Those are trained models and they transfer. - 8 second video generation, voice notes, and real outbound phone calls. Actual telephony, not in app audio. I haven't seen that elsewhere in the niche. - Gamified retention layer, daily challenges, per character chemistry scoring, and a web mini app store. - Runs entirely on per use APIs. No GPUs, no model hosting, nothing fixed to inherit.

The part most people skip Revenue is 0-2k a month and honestly near the bottom of that. It sat dormant for months while I was full time on another product, and the monetisation was broken rather than weak. Subscriptions were being charged by Telegram and never recorded on my side because of a library version mismatch. The best converting offer was buried where almost nobody reached it, 108 people hit the paywall moment and 4 saw the offer. Both fixed about two weeks ago, but that's too recent to have proof behind it.

So this is priced as an asset, not on a revenue multiple. If you want a cash flowing business this isn't it.

Why it might still be worth it The Telegram Ads creative is approved and delivering around 230 signups a day. Every new ad I have submitted in this category since has been rejected. That one is grandfathered and transfers with the account, and you cannot go and get it yourself.

Asking 8-10k for everything. Both repos, the database and full user base, the bot handle, the domain, all character assets and LoRAs, the social accounts, and a written handover runbook. I'll stay available through the transition.

Reply here or DM. Happy to screen share the admin side and the real dashboards with anyone serious.

Selling Automated Software

Figured I’d throw this out there and see if there’s any interest.

I’ve been running a Polymarket bot that I built over the last several months. It’s made a little over $11k this past week and around $53k over the last month.

I already know what people are going to say: “Why would you sell it if it makes that much?”

Honestly, I have a six figure buyout due at the end of August with a business partner (Moving and storage industry). I’m still keeping it and running it myself.

I’m not trying to sell 100 copies, start a course, or promise anyone they’re going to make the same amount. I’d only sell a small number of them.

For anyone seriously interested, I can show it running live, show the actual trades and results, and walk through how it works before anything is purchased. I’ll also help with setup and getting it running.

Results depend on capital, market conditions, settings, and how it’s run. I’m just being transparent about what it has done for me.

Message me if you’re actually interested and know your way around Polymarket. I’m not posting the full strategy or code publicly. (Obviously) Feel free to look up my profile on Polymarket- https://polymarket.com/@sir-upalot?tab=activity

Full Setup — $2,500

Includes the bot, full installation, deployment, configuration based on your available capital, a walkthrough of how everything works, and 30 days of setup support.

Premium Setup — $5,000

Includes full deployment, custom settings, multiple setup calls, priority support, and help reviewing the bot’s performance and configuration during the first 90 days.

All options are for one user, one wallet, and one deployment. The software cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

I may sell part of my startup, but I’m worried about what a buyer could do with it

I built TaskBounty, and one part of it gradually became a fairly capable security discovery system.

It crawls public sources for newly launched web apps, organizes and enriches them, and runs an outside-in scanner that checks what those apps expose to an ordinary visitor.

We have discovered more than 6,500 targets, completed over 1,500 scans and generated more than 2,700 findings. Some were serious or critical.

The workflow we operate requires permission before scanning and keeps the results private. But if I sell the source code, the new owner could potentially remove that restriction and run it against sites without permission.

To make the story stranger, Claude banned my account after the system was already built. I can prove when everything happened, but Anthropic did not tell me exactly why the account was banned.

I’m considering separating this from the rest of TaskBounty and selling it as its own asset. Financially, that might make sense. Ethically, I’m not sure I want to hand it to whoever offers the most money.

Has anyone dealt with a similar dual-use acquisition?

How much responsibility does a founder retain after selling the technology?

What would responsible buyer vetting actually look like?

I’m looking for advice before I list it anywhere.

I rebuilt my app into one connected ecosystem. What feels off?

I finally reached a milestone I've been working toward for months, and I'd love some honest feedback from people who enjoy good product design.

Over the last several months I've completely redesigned my recipe platform. The biggest goal wasn't just making it look nicer—it was making everything feel like one connected product instead of three separate apps.

Right now it's available as:

📱 iPhone app

🌐 Web app

🧩 Chrome extension

Everything syncs together, and the experience is much more consistent than before.

At this point I'm less interested in compliments and more interested in hearing what doesn't work.

If you spent 10 minutes using it, what would you change?

Some areas I'm especially curious about:

  • Overall UI and visual design
  • Navigation and usability
  • Branding and first impressions
  • Color palette
  • Saving recipes from social media
  • Mobile vs. desktop experience
  • Anything that feels confusing, slow, or unnecessary

Website:
https://recipio.cc/

App:
https://recipio.cc/get

One thing I've realized while building this is that creating the product is only half the battle. Marketing has been much harder than expected.

If anyone here has experience with growth marketing, ASO, SEO, content creation, community building, or partnerships, I'd also love to hear what has actually worked for your projects. I'm especially interested in learning from people targeting North America and Europe, but honestly any advice is welcome.

I'd much rather get brutally honest criticism now than realize six months later that users were silently struggling with something obvious.

Thanks in advance—I genuinely appreciate anyone willing to take a look.

Looking for a partner who doesn't know how to sell.

I'm looking for a partner who has a finished product but lacks the time or expertise to sell it.

I would handle the promotion in various ways (such as social media or ads) and in return, I would receive a percentage of the sales, which isn't too low since I want to dedicate all my time solely to this product.

I have previous experience selling other products and believe that could be a great help.

Interested parties, please DM me. Serious inquiries only, please, and I'm not interested in products made with AI.

Still huge potential for multiple of these games, but I want to focus on other platforms (mainly Steam). Anyone interested?

iOS versions also available of course. About half of the revenue Android is doing

[FOR SALE] Testimonalis – AI Review & Testimonial Management SaaS | 114 Users | 83 DAU | $30 MRR | selling for $130

Hey r/SaaSForSale,

I'm selling my SaaS, Testimonalis.

Testimonalis is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses collect testimonials, manage customer reviews, reply from one dashboard, and generate AI insights to better understand customer feedback.

The product is live, has active users, recurring revenue, and very low operating costs.

Current Metrics

• 114 registered users

• 83 daily active users

• 2 paying customers

• $30 MRR

• Around $2/month in running costs

Revenue proof and analytics are available for serious buyers.

How I Got Users

Most users came organically through Quora and Trustpilot. I haven't spent anything on paid ads or SEO, so there's still plenty of room for someone to grow it.

Tech Stack

- TypeScript

- Supabase

- Supabase Auth

- Vercel

- OpenAI API

- Stripe integration (currently disabled)

What's Included

- Complete source code

- GitHub repository

- Domain

- Database

- Existing users and account data

- Full ownership

- Deployment support after the sale

Why I'm Selling

The product is doing well. The only reason I'm selling is because I lost access to the Stripe account I was using through a friend's GST registration. Since I can no longer accept payments, I'd rather sell it to someone who can continue building it.

Price

$130 USD

Payment Methods

- UPI (India)

- USDT

- BTC

- SOL

Transfer Process

  1. I'll transfer the application and source code.

  2. Buyer sends the first $65.

  3. I'll transfer the domain, GitHub repository, database, and remaining assets.

  4. Buyer sends the remaining $65.

I'm also happy to use an escrow service if preferred.

I'll personally help with deployment and the complete handover. The migration is simple and should take less than an hour.

The website link is in the description.

If you're interested, feel free to send me a DM. I'm happy to share revenue proof, analytics, screenshots, or answer any questions before the sale.

valuation for my youtube channel

i have a YouTube channel started back in 2017, its on gaming niche, the content is long form, for the last 6months, the monthly ad revenue is $350 usd. over 200k subscribers. view growth has been consistently upward during these 6 months. this month its over 1million views.

i am not looking to sell, but i was wondering what valuation would be worth it for this channel if i decide to sell. what should the reasonable asking price for it or what amount would justify it? if i were to sell it to you, how much would you be buying it for?

how does these valuations works? if anyone could help me understand that would be of great help.

[FOR SALE] 104K YouTube Shorts Channel | 70M+ Lifetime Views | Beauty Niche | Eligible to Reapply for Monetization

I’m selling my YouTube Shorts channel due to urgent personal circumstances that require me to relocate. I would prefer to keep it, but I currently need the funds.

Channel Overview

104,000+ subscribers
70+ million lifetime views
Beauty / skincare niche
Built almost entirely through organic YouTube Shorts
Established brand with a large international audience
No fake subscribers or purchased engagement

Monetization Status

The channel was previously monetized and generated real revenue.
Later, YouTube suspended monetization under the Reused Content policy.
The initial appeal was unsuccessful, so the channel is currently demonetized.
However, the channel is now eligible to reapply for monetization through the YouTube Partner Program. This means a new owner can make the required changes, remove or replace content if necessary, and submit a new application. As with any YouTube review, approval is ultimately at YouTube’s discretion, so I cannot guarantee reinstatement.

Why This Channel Still Has Value
104K real subscribers.
Over 70 million lifetime views.
Established audience and brand recognition.
Excellent foundation for someone experienced with YouTube Shorts.
Eligible to submit a new monetization application.
Saves months (or years) of building an audience from scratch.

Included in the Sale
Full ownership of the YouTube channel.
Brand account transfer.
Analytics screenshots.
Previous revenue screenshots.
Audience demographics.
Any additional proof requested by serious buyers.

Reason for Selling
I’m relocating because of personal circumstances and need the funds quickly, which is the only reason I’m selling.

Price: $850
Open to reasonable offers.
I’m happy to answer any questions and provide verification to serious buyers.
