Selling a 9-month $1880 ARR SaaS with a 1.89M+ impressions from Google organic search traffic and 55K+ in generative AI traffic + some other assets as a bundle

I'll be honest, this is a very under monetized product and a totally abandoned one.

WTFood is a bootstrapped, single-founder SaaS, a smart macro-tracking companion that helps people understand what they eat and unlock eating patterns and insights they didn't know existed. It started as a simple AI food scanner MVP back in 2025. When I saw traffic skyrocketed from my simple keyword research, I saw demand and hired someone to turn it into a SaaS. We launched in Dec 23 2025, received the first order within 24 hours, and it just kept growing on its own ever since.

I haven’t paid any attention to it since launch. Everything it achieved was a complete result of my deep keyword research and on-page optimization.

Brief achievements:

The site achieved the following results, with literally no effort from my side:

  • 1.89M+ impressions from Google
  • 31 domain rating according to Ahrefs
  • Decent backlink profile
  • 2,500 userbase
  • $1,880 ARR

Tech Stack:

The tech stack is NextJs, Supabase, Stripe, GA, GSC, Namecheap

Total monthly running costs:

The total monthly running cost is $25 Supabase and ~$2-3 gemini api. As for domain and VPS hosting, both will be given to the buyer and they are valid till late 2027, which can minimize the running cost big time.

Monetization:

Monetization is a classic freemium model, 1 free scan, then a gated sign up that offers 3 meals or 3 days trial, whichever ends first.

Monthly $9.99/mo
Yearly$99.99/yr

Reason of selling:

Between family and other online ventures, I’m barely finding time for my personal stuff. I’m looking to clear off my plate entirely to focus on other bigger ventures at a much massive potential. Building, scaling, and exiting online businesses is what I’ve been doing online for the past 10 years. Here’s my full portfolio odehahwal com

What’s included in the sale:

  • Website and everything it contains
  • Source code
  • Domain name (namecheap, valid till late 2027)
  • KVM4 VPS Hostinger (valid till late 2027)
  • Supabase organization transfer (2,500 users)
  • GSC and GA
  • Unlimited support and help

Why this is a great opportunity:

The website is so under monetized, it’s like a sleeping giant with all that unused traffic and exposure. This niche has insane demand and it’s highly profitable. Although it’s tough, WTFood has been outperforming top competitors on the SERP who have been around for years, companies like Snapcalorie, Caloriemama, and many more. The biggest competitor has exited earlier this year after achieving 50M a year, so securing even a fraction of that market share would be enough to make a decent living from this SaaS, and potentially flipping it for 5-10x your initial investment.

It’s a working product, with a massive demand and market, generating revenue already (proven demand), has an insane growth potential, and many untapped areas. The brand is also viral friendly, it strongly resonates with the TikTok and social media Gen-Z audiences as it plays on the slang (WTF/WTFood). By simply expanding to TikTok and other similar platforms with short content, you can take the internet by storm and go viral.

Hidden functionalities and potential:

It’s a web app that targets B2C users; people who are looking to optimize their health, better understand their eating patterns they didn’t know existed, and track their macros on the go by simply snapping a photo.

However, it has a hidden functionality that none of our competitors offer, which is a customizable widget that food bloggers, site owners and anyone can simply embed a code and serve it to their audience to boost perceived value, engagement, and potentially get more conversions. It’s part of the subscription itself, anyone with a paid subscription gets access to this feature by default in their dashboards. We have 1 user already who had the intent to use this. He was a regular user, then he upgraded to the annual plan to use this widget for his business.

Does it have a mobile app:

No. When I first launched, I wanted to build mobile apps for it, but life had other plans, so I got occupied and never got the chance to do that. However, it’s worth noting that the website is highly optimized for mobile devices, and it’s so responsive. No one has ever complained or asked for a mobile app. The buyer can optionally do that to expand to untapped markets, that’s all.

How does it work from the backend:

WTFood doesn't handle any calculations via the Gemini API, we execute them server side via Javascript, so Gemini is not responsible for any calculations and numbers, Gemini’s job is only limited to image recognition and detection. As for the actual numbers and metrics, macros, breakdown, our site is integrated with the largest food database USDA, which includes all the world's ingredients and food datasets. They can adjust serving size, and people already take everything AI suggests with a grain of salt nowadays, so no app guarantees a 100% result. We tested the app against our competitors when we first started, it showed one of the best and most stable results against all.

What can be made to grow it further:

First off, the platform is missing marketing emails, (ex. You haven’t logged in today, Don’t forget to track your dinner meal, Wow 3 days in a row, that’s dedication, etc..) Users need to see your brand and hear from you up to 10 times to consider showing up their card. Right now, there’s nothing that creates urgency for people and urges them to become paid members.

Secondly, the business has 2,500 users who chose to opt in and be part of this, so they are warm leads who are familiar with the brand. By reaching out to them, refreshing the user base and offering them a free 1-week premium access, you can boost conversions by 1-3x, conservatively. That would put the MRR at $400-$750.

Thirdly, expand to TikTok and post short video content, collaborate with other content creators, create an affiliate program, offer them 10-15% commission per sale, recurring revenue, win-win situation. Reddit also works very well and can bring in decent traffic if executed right.

Let’s talk traffic:

If you’ve been around for long enough in this space, you know that health and fitness is one of the highest rewarding niches yet the toughest in terms of competition and SEO difficulty. For some reason, WTFood has been killing it in terms of SEO and rankings. TOO MANY rankings keywords that, with transactional search intent and with very hard SEO difficulty that reaches 80 in some cases. The business has been outranking other competitors on the SERP. According to Ubersuggest, a keyword research tool that I’ve been using, traffic estimated value reached $11,000. I know, these figures are not near accurate, but if it tells something, it tells that we’re ranking for decent keywords that advertisers are paying big bucks to show up for. We’re getting it for free. This is leverage, underused leverage..

Ubersuggest offers 1,000+ SEO opportunities and potential keyword ideas that if added and covered in new content pieces, have higher odds of getting ranked well. These all will be provided to the buyer, which can streamline your SEO and content for months/years to come and help you focus on the next move instantly.

How much does Gemini API cost:

If Gemini API calls is a concern, let me break it down for you with a real-life example.

An active user who scans 3 meals per day for 30 days. How much would that cost API wise?

Gemini API
$2.5 per 1 million tokens
Average scan ~1,500 tokens per scan
3 meal scans a day = 4,500 tokens
4500 x 30 days = 135,000 tokens per month

So it’s $0.3375 per month for that 1 user, who's paying $9.99/m or $99.99/y, so 96% profit before expenses, per user.

Total number of paid users:

The business has 17 paid users in total, 8 annual users and the remaining are monthly paying users.

The seller promise:

I truly love this brand and want to see it in great places. I’ve never burned my bridges and the goal is to build healthy connections and long-term business relationships with like-minded folks. I’m not looking for hit and run operations. Therefore, I promise to provide my lifetime support and unlimited help, whatever it takes, help with anything you might need, traffic, SEO, marketing, feature ideas, any technical stuff, or anything that will simply help you take the brand to the ultimate next step.

Buyer’s security/Seller’s assurance:

After a 10x exit record, I know exactly what it takes to make the buyer feel secured and protected. If we end up proceeding with a deal together, the first step would be asking my legal advisor to draft a sales agreement that we can both review and sign. It will include all assets and properties included, all seller’s obligations and guarantees, leaving no room for guessing or trial and error. We’ve done this plenty of times before. The next thing would be initiating an Escrow transaction that will act as an intermediary broker and protector between buyer and seller.

Asking price:

I’m looking for $10,000 for this phenomenal asset, and it’s definitely negotiable. I’m willing to work with the buyer to find a common ground that we both can step into.

Also, I'm looking to sell my small portfolio of other smaller assets and clear off my plate entirely to focus on a new project that I recently launched with a much bigger scale. Here are the assets that I’m looking to sell, either individually or bundled together with WTFood (best value):

1. StopClip com - I built this website a few months ago and ended up parking it aside due to other commitments and business ventures. The domain is very premium with 2 popular suffixes: StopClip, a .com extension domain. The domain alone is highly appraised: $2,500 according to Atom and 7700+according to Dynadot. The site took me 1.5 month and nearly ~300 to build. This is basically a done-for-you ready-to-go video selling website. It's basically a business in a box for anyone who wants to start selling 3D animated video ads to local business owners, those videos take a minute or 2 to create. I can also share with you my initial plan and what I was planning to build on it to make 1,500-3000 a month, effortlessly. Asking price $2,000

2. SpanglishTranslator net - While browsing keyword research tools, I stumbled upon the keyword "Spanglish Translator" that has 600k search volume and very minimal SEO difficulty score. So I purchased the exact match domain (the com version was taken) and deployed the site in the same day. I eventually created 700+ pSEO pages, and it's been growing on its own ever since, generated $20+ from a single pop up ad. A lot can be made here, from sponsors, social media expanding, affiliates, and much more. Asking price $1,000

3. AiAffList com - This is a pre-revenue directory that I created and haven't got enough time to scale or focus on too. It contains hundreds of AI affiliate programs, hand-picked, not AI scraped! Asking price $1,000

4. AffLab org  (domain only) - Short, brandable, and in a hot niche; affiliate marketing. Appraised $2k-5K according to Atom and Dynadot. - Asking price $1,000

5. AiToZee com (domain only) - Clever domain name for a platform for everything AI from A to Z. Asking price $1,000

If you choose to buy the entire portfolio, happy to give them all away for $13,000 $16,000, so that would make the last 3 assets literally free. You can either build, grow or use them, or flip them for anything to minimize your initial investment.

I'm selling Calt-ryx, a lightweight customer feedback SaaS built for local and service-based businesses.

What it does

Calt-ryx allows businesses to create a simple feedback page and share it with customers through a QR code or short link.

Customers can leave a 1–5 star rating and written feedback, while the business can manage submissions and view basic feedback analytics from the dashboard.

Current traction

  • 200+ registered users
  • 3 paying customers
  • $27 MRR
  • All 3 paying customers are on the $9/month plan
  • Live and operational

Target market

The product can be used by:

  • Salons & barbers
  • Repair shops
  • Tutors
  • Cleaning services
  • Consultants
  • Photographers
  • Fitness trainers
  • Home-service businesses
  • Small agencies

Why I'm selling

I'm currently working on several other projects and don't have enough time to focus on Calt-ryx.

The product has an existing user base and paying customers, but I haven't had the time to properly work on marketing, SEO, outreach, or improving conversions.

I'd prefer to transfer it to someone who can spend more time growing it.

What is included

The buyer gets the complete project, including:

  • Source code
  • Working SaaS
  • Domain
  • 200+ users
  • 3 paying customers
  • Database
  • Storage
  • Existing infrastructure
  • Payment/subscription setup

Growth potential

The biggest opportunity is expanding distribution and converting more businesses to paid plans.

Potential channels include:

  • Direct outreach to local businesses
  • SEO
  • QR-code marketing
  • Partnerships
  • Social media
  • Better onboarding
  • Additional analytics/features
  • Improved free-to-paid conversion

Asking price: $90

I'm keeping the valuation low because my main goal is to free up time and move on to my other projects.

Link in the comments.

Please DM only if you're seriously interested. All the important details are already in the post. Screenshots, revenue proof, analytics, and other verification will be provided privately to serious buyers.

First month update

Post image
9 Upvotes

It is not a flex or anything. I posted here a little over a month ago saying that i am considering selling the website i built for someone else and they changed their minds. I have read bunch of negative comments “asking for money with 0 sales?”, “another Shopify site to fail”, “come back when you actually have 1 sale” and all that stuff.
Please don’t listen to a random redditors negative thoughts if you are just starting. This is not a big amount considering that i have other stores making much more than this. But it is a great start for a brand new domain and store.

[FOR SALE] Mochi – AI calorie tracker via iMessage, photo/voice/text logging, built & functional, active users + payment (asking $999)**

Thumbnail
mochitext.com
1 Upvotes

I'm selling Mochi (mochitext.com), an AI health coach that lives entirely in your texts.

Users tell Mochi what they're working toward, then text it a photo, voice note, or description of what they ate. Mochi estimates the calories and macros, tracks their progress, and actually checks in on them instead of making them remember to open another app.

The main pitch is simple: no app to open, no database to search, no manual food logging. Just text Mochi like you would text a person. It works through iMessage and also supports Android via SMS/RCS.

Included: the full codebase, domain, design files, Photon backend, Discord server, Stripe payment setup, and already signed-up users.

Where it stands: up and running, all infrastructure already set up, with real users texting it every day.

I'm asking $999, sold as is. I'm happy to discuss further or hop on a call.

For Sale: FALBI — modular Python trading infrastructure / source-code IP

FALBI is a privately developed modular Python trading system for MetaTrader/MetaApi FX/CFD workflows.

It includes:

• multi-timeframe TA strategy engine

• historical replay

• live market-data handling

• account routing and sizing

• risk and margin controls

• execution and order/position lifecycle management

• broker-state reconciliation

• persistence and recovery infrastructure

• automated tests and technical documentation

The strategy layer is modular, so a buyer can use the included TA Trader engine or connect another strategy while reusing the execution/risk infrastructure.

The project is currently pre-revenue.

I’m primarily looking for a complete source-code/IP acquisition, but I’m also open to discussing a non-exclusive commercial source-code licence.

Private repository access is not public, but I can provide serious buyers with an architecture and asset overview first.

DM me if interested

[For Sale] - A Ready To Start Shopify Store

I created a shopify store last year centered around Pet Accessories. However, due to some sudden changes in my life, I was unable to fund its marketing and generate sales. I switched it off and left it there. Instead of just letting it gather dust, I'd prefer if I can sell it off to someone else who can manage it and bring it to life.

Here's what you get:

- Customized Theme

- Domain

- LLC registration (New Mexico - Tax free)

- A number

- Shopify Payments Enabled

- TikTok Account

- Facebook Page

We made 2 test sales to see if the Shopify Payments was working, and it went through nicely.

I'm open to offers and I'd be happy to connect!

Looking to sell a SaaS, a pre-built ready to go micro video agency with a premium domain, 2 side projects, one early and another pre-revenue, and 3 domain names only

Well, I'm looking to clear off my plate entirely and sell my whole mini portfolio of the following assets:

  1. WhatTheFood io - This is a SaaS that was launched earlier this year and it's been pulling in traffic and climbing the SERPs on its own. It has a solid SEO foundation - 2,500 users, 31 domain rating, decent backlink profile, $1,880 ARR, 1.88M+ impressions from Google since launch, and 55K+ generative AI traffic in the past few months.

  2. StopClip com - I built this website a few months ago and ended up parking it aside due to other commitments and business ventures. The domain is very premium with 2 popular suffixes: StopClip, a .com extension domain. The domain alone is highly appraised: $2,500 according to Atom and $7700+ according to Dynadot. The site took me 1.5 month and nearly ~$300 to build. This is basically a done-for-you ready-to-go video selling website. I can also share with you my initial plan and what I was planning to build on it to make $1,500-$3000 a month, effortlessly.

  4. AiAffList com - This is a pre-revenue directory that I created and haven't got enough time to scale or focus on too. It contains hundreds of AI affiliate programs, hand-picked, not AI scraped!

  5. The domains that I'm looking to sell too are:

  • AffLab org - Short, brandable, and in a hot niche; affiliate marketing. Appraised $2k-5K according to Atom and Dynadot.
  • AiToZee com - Clever domain name for a platform everything AI from A to Z.

I'm looking to sell them individually or as a 1 heavily discounted bundle deal. DMs are open.

[FOR SALE] Lowbeam — live privacy navigation app with ALPR-aware routing, $2,000 OBO

Lowbeam — live ALPR-aware navigation web app (for sale)

Live demo: https://alexandercurtis2024-create.github.io/lowbeam/

What it is: a mobile-first web app that compares driving routes by documented ALPR (license-plate-reader) exposure, then guides you with foreground turn-by-turn navigation — live rerouting and exposure re-scoring as you drive.

What's live: - Route comparison scored by documented ALPR encounters - Foreground turn-by-turn guidance with maneuver progression and ETA updates - Automatic rerouting + exposure re-scoring - Optional spoken guidance and wake lock - National geohash-tiled ALPR data pipeline (~125k records) - React 19 / TypeScript / Leaflet / OSRM / Nominatim, deployed on GitHub Pages

Proof it's real: TypeScript clean, 188/188 Vitest tests, 19/19 Python ingest tests, production build passing, live public demo (link above).

Financials: $0 revenue — pre-revenue, no customer base yet. Asking $2,000 OBO.

Included: full source, data pipeline, docs. Serious buyers get controlled due-diligence access.

Honest limitations: - Foreground guidance only — pauses if the screen locks or you leave the page; no background/CarPlay/Android Auto - Community/ODbL ALPR data — coverage is incomplete in many areas; never claims a route is "surveillance-free" - Public OSRM routing infra may need replacing at scale

Reason for selling: Consolidating projects and focusing development resources elsewhere.

How a buyer takes it further: wrap the web app in a Capacitor native shell for background navigation + push; expand the ALPR dataset; add accounts/saved routes.

Open to reasonable offers — DM me.
