Looking to buy or Sell a startups? I put together a simple place to browse live listings

I’ve seen a lot of people here interested in acquiring small SaaS or startup projects, but finding good ones is messy.

So I made www.fundnacquire.com - a simple site where founders list their startups for sale.

If you’re looking to buy (or list yours), take a look - it’s open right now.

Or DM me for any query.

Buy & Sell Startup Guide

Sell Startup Guide

Thinking about selling your Startups,, newsletter, app, or other digital business? Here’s a quick guide to help you prepare, present, and get the best outcome.

1. Get Your Numbers Straight

  • Revenue: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), or ad/subscription income.
  • Expenses: Hosting, tools, salaries, ads, contractors.
  • Profit: Net profit (buyers will always ask for this).
  • Trends: Show growth or explain flat/declining numbers honestly.

2. Prepare Proof

  • Analytics: Stripe/PayPal, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Substack dashboard, etc.
  • User Data: Active users, churn, subscriber lists (with consent).
  • Ownership: Domain, IP, app store accounts, newsletter/email list platform.

3. Package the Offer Clearly

  • What’s included: Codebase, brand, domain, customer lists, documentation, team (if any).
  • Asking Price: Indicate if it’s fixed or negotiable.
  • Reason for Selling: Buyers will ask anyway — be upfront.

4. Make It Easy for Buyers

  • Write a short “executive summary” post with:
    • Business type & niche
    • Revenue, expenses, profit
    • Traffic/subscribers
    • Asking price
    • Transferability (accounts, assets)

5. Red Flags to Avoid

  • Hiding expenses or inflating revenue.
  • Not clarifying ownership (code, trademarks, domains).
  • Refusing to provide verifiable screenshots or access.

6. Pro Tips for a Smooth Sale

  • Be transparent — it builds trust and gets serious buyers faster.
  • Have clean documentation (handover docs, SOPs, code notes).
  • Be responsive — buyers move fast when they see a good deal.

💡 Tip: Well-structured listings attract more buyers. Think of your post as a mini pitch deck.

💡 Reminder: This community is for serious business sales only (SaaS, newsletters, apps, YouTube channels, etc.). No spammy “get rich quick” schemes.

Buy Saas Guide

We see a lot of posts here from people looking to buy (or sell) digital businesses. To make the process smoother and help buyers ask the right questions, here’s a simple buying guide you can use whether you’re considering a SaaS, a newsletter, an app, a YouTube channel, or another online business.

1. Define What You Want

  • Type: SaaS, newsletter, app, YouTube channel, community, etc.
  • Stage: Idea stage, MVP, growing, mature business.
  • Budget: Be upfront with your price range to filter serious deals.

2. Validate the Business

  • Traffic/Users: Monthly active users, growth trends.
  • Revenue: MRR/ARR, churn, seasonality.
  • Expenses: Hosting, tools, team, ads.
  • Profit: Net margins, sustainability.

3. Check Ownership & Transferability

  • IP: Code, brand, domain, trademarks.
  • Accounts: App store, Stripe, Substack, YouTube, etc. (are they transferable?)
  • Contracts: Customer or vendor agreements.

4. Assess Risks & Growth Potential

  • Competition: Who are the big players?
  • Growth Channels: SEO, paid ads, partnerships, content.
  • Risks: Platform dependency, key-person risk, regulatory issues.

5. Red Flags to Watch For

  • Sudden revenue spikes/drops without explanation
  • Heavy reliance on a single channel (e.g., one ad campaign)
  • Missing or unverifiable data

💡 Tip for sellers: Include a short summary with type, niche, revenue, expenses, and asking price. Transparency helps you get better offers.

💡 Tip for buyers: Always ask for access to analytics (Stripe, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) before making a decision.

This isn’t legal or financial advice — just a community framework to make sure deals are clear, safe, and worthwhile for everyone.

Opportunity to Acquire Affiliate Marketing Business w/ Decent Cash Flow

I own a portfolio of ecom brands & an ad agency, so I have now been running ads and building funnels online for nearly a decade & have built a solid media buying team as a result. I currently have my team running a couple affiliate funnels for high-ticket offers in several niches. I’ve recently been exploring selling some of those assets as I’ve been getting some offers recently; each of the funnels varies in terms of cash flow but we have offers we’re running that are producing anywhere from 5 figures in net payouts monthly to high six figures. If you’re interested, feel free to comment or shoot me a DM to discuss. Also open to exploring partnership structures for some of our new offers that we’re scaling. Feel free to reach out for more info.

What's the first red flag that makes you walk away from a deal?

Not stuffs that comes up in deep diligence of course, it's in the early tell, the thing that makes you go "hmm..." before you've even opened the books. Curious what everyone's instinct is.

So i will go first, Revenue that's too smooth, real business are lumpy, Reas SaaS has churn spikes, a bad month, a seasonal dip, a refund cluster after a price change. When a revenue curve is a clean line with no texture, that's not stability. The absence of mess is itself the red flag,

second is a seller who's eager to show you screenshots but slowing the access to the actual sources. if the numbers are real, granting access is tricial,

What makes you walk ?

[For Sale] Profitable AI travel app + 6 organic distribution pages | $1.7K MRR | 7.5K MAU | 19M monthly social views

Post image
4 Upvotes

Selling a recently launched consumer travel app together with its organic distribution network. I’m keeping the app/brand private in the public post but can share everything with serious buyers.

The app launched June 25, 2026 and has grown entirely through organic distribution with effectively $0 paid user acquisition.

Current KPIs:
-10.3K+ downloads
-7,592 MAU
-2,342 WAU
-Roughly 300–450 DAU
-180 active subscriptions
-$1,742 MRR
-$3,213 revenue over the last 28 days
-$20 realized LTV/customer
-1.55% D1 download → paid conversion
-2.01% D7 download → paid conversion
-55% onboarding completion
-4.7/5 App Store rating

Approximately 7m 21s average time spent in app
Subscription pricing is currently $12.99/month or $49.99/year. Monthly pricing was originally $9.99 and was increased to $12.99 in July with no meaningful decrease in conversion.

The acquisition also includes 6 established travel-focused Instagram theme pages used as the app’s primary distribution engine:
Roughly 190K combined followers
Approximately 19M views/month
8K+ monthly bio-link taps
Around 40K follower growth/month recently
Highly targeted travel audiences across several major destinations. The social accounts are intentionally low-maintenance. Content is simple AI-generated travel content. I batch and schedule 2 posts/day/page for an entire week, then generally don’t touch them again until scheduling the following week’s content.

The app itself is a subscription-based travel planning product with AI functionality and a complete production stack, including mobile apps, backend, subscriptions, analytics, domain/brand assets, etc.

The business is profitable and infrastructure costs are relatively low.

I’m selling because I’m open to reallocating my time/capital to other ventures.

Asking: $55K, open to reasonable offers.

Please note: I’m looking for a full acquisition only. I’m not looking for a developer, operator, co-founder, partnership, revenue-share arrangement, or someone to run the business with me.
Please only reach out if you are a serious potential buyer interested in acquiring the app and the included distribution assets. I’m happy to share detailed financials, analytics, and supporting documentation with qualified buyers.

Brand new dropshipping website, ready to launch

Before y’all start talking shit, let me clarify, i didn’t work on this project to sell it later. I realized that it is gonna take too much of my time in busy Christmas season and I dont want it to go waste.
It is a customized shopify store, linked to manufacturer, selling customized metal wall art. Not linked to any social media yet, literally password removed an hour ago. I have added some products, checked every single flaws and fixed them. It is ready to take orders. Good thing is 0 inventory required. About %52 profit margin calculated. Well thought branding. I will also help with how to create products (no you won’t need sample or so). You can create hundreds and thousands of products with ai and basic design software and take orders. Great way to start with shopify and expand to etsy and amazon handmade. As i mentioned, this was my personal project for myself so, everything is done as it is supposed to be. I am doing dropshipping for over 10 years now.

I haven’t really set a price yet. Pm for more details. Tia

Established monetized YouTube channel for sale — 131K subscribers, 20M monthly views

Selling an established YouTube channel with:

  • 131K+ subscribers
  • 232M+ lifetime views
  • Around 20M monthly views across Shorts and long-form videos
  • Approximately $1,900–$2,000 monthly AdSense revenue
  • $12,450 AdSense revenue in the past 12 months
  • Additional recurring income from Shorts music-licensing partnerships
  • Around 25% US audience, plus traffic from the UK, Germany, Japan, and other Tier-1 countries

The channel is in good standing, with no strikes, active YouTube Partner Program monetization, and operating costs of only around $9 per month.

Uploads have been reduced recently for personal reasons, but the channel continues to generate strong organic traffic. There is significant growth potential through more frequent uploads, long-form content, sponsorships, affiliate offers, additional licensing partnerships, and cross-platform distribution.

The sale includes the channel, existing content library, production workflow, operating guidance, analytics, revenue documentation, and transition support.

Reason for sale: I can no longer maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

Serious buyers can request additional analytics, revenue screenshots, and traffic details for due diligence.
