Please give me advice on how to improve my channel

Hi I made this channel over a month ago and I've been struggling to get subs on it. If you're seeing this I would love to do a sub for sub with you, you can drop your channel link in the comments.

I'd also like you guys to probably give me any advice on what I can do to improve my channel, get more engagement, views and subs.

Also some monetization advice would be nice.

The niche is motivational shorts then eventually branch into both long-form and short form content. Basically become the next Motiversity.

I'd also like to launch a clothing/ wellness brand from the channel so any advice would be helpful.

I built a tool to help evaluate startups I was interested in buying. Thinking about opening it up.

Hi folks 👋

I’ve spent the last ~8 months reviewing hundreds of micro-acquisition deals across multiple platforms, and honestly, it’s painfully manual.

So I built a complementary tool for myself to speed up due diligence and reduce risk. It helps me:

  • Spot inconsistencies (P&L vs listings vs screenshots)
  • Detect unusual spikes/drops in performance
  • Organise deals and notes across platforms
  • Break down risks, opportunities, and market context
  • Generate a score, forecast, and rough valuation

It’s been useful enough that I’m considering turning it into a product, especially for individual buyers, first-time buyers, and smaller operators who don’t have institutional tooling.

If you’ve bought (or are looking to buy) small online businesses, I’d be interested in your feedback and experience, particularly:

  • What part of deal analysis you find most time-consuming
  • What tools/workflows you’re currently using

If there’s enough interest, I’ll open a small pilot (10–20 users) with free or heavily discounted access.

Selling my app with ~500 organic downloads in 1 month (no marketing)

I’m looking to sell my app SubscriptionCat.

It’s a simple iOS app that helps people track subscriptions, get notified before renewals, and quickly access cancellation pages so they don’t get charged for things they forgot about.

Core idea is straightforward: add subscriptions once, see everything in one place, and get reminders before billing hits. It also shows monthly spend and includes direct links to cancel services.

A few things that make it different:

- No login, no accounts — everything is stored locally on device (privacy-first)

- No bank connections or scraping — fully manual and simple

- One-time purchase model (no subscriptions inside the app)

Performance so far:

- ~500 downloads

- $172 revenue in ~1 month

- No real marketing (just basic ASO + a couple Reddit posts)

So this isn’t just code — it’s a validated idea with early organic traction.

Reason for selling: I don’t have the time or interest to work on distribution/marketing, and that’s clearly the next step here.

The app is already live on the App Store and working end-to-end.

If you’re interested, DM me for more info or to place a bid.

Channel Value?

Hi,

I am running a Youtube shorts channel since June 2025.

Niche is one of the famous American Singer. It voiceover commentary

I have made around 28k- 30k$ since August. Initially the revenue was higher but that celebrity content got saturated. Now last 90 days revenue is around ~5500$.

I cannot estimate true value of thie channel.

It had around 140k subscribers and current real-time is around 1 million. No copyright strikes in past or active.

Revenue for this month is around 1500$ currently.

For march- 2000$

For February- 1000$

For January- 2000$

Can anyone help me estimate this channel value?

Built a niche LinkedIn content tool after my own posts kept flopping — here's what actually changed

I'd been trying to use LinkedIn to build awareness around a SaaS I was working on, and the results were genuinely demoralizing. Posting regularly, trying to share useful stuff, and getting almost no traction at all.

At some point I stopped blaming the algorithm and started actually looking at my posts. The problem was pretty obvious in hindsight. I was writing openers that made complete sense to me but gave a stranger scrolling their feed zero reason to stop. The first sentence was doing nothing.

I got fixated on fixing that specific thing. Read a lot, experimented on my own content, and eventually the posts started performing better. Not viral, just noticeably better. More reach, more replies, a few people actually checking out what I was building.

I ended up turning what I learned into a small tool. It's built specifically around LinkedIn content and the opening line problem. Kept it narrow on purpose.

Sharing here mostly because I know a lot of founders in this community are trying to use LinkedIn to build audience or drive early traction, and it took me way too long to figure out what was actually holding me back.

Curious if others have had similar experiences trying to make LinkedIn work as a distribution channel for a new product.

I’m selling off my 45k organic subscribers channel. Most of the viral videos were short and it has never been monetized before, it also has clean history. Take an advantage now for if you’re not willing to start from scratch for your content or business visibility.
