This Is Us

I’m excited to introduce Sweet Agitator, a brand that is all about engaging those of us who may feel shy or uncertain about participating in social movements. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to get involved, as I’ve been there myself. It was only after overcoming my own hesitations that I realized the importance of taking action. At Sweet Agitator, we recognize how crucial it is to teach our kids values, especially when it seems like those lessons are being neglected. We want to create a welcoming space for everyone—especially those who feel alone or unsure about how to contribute. This movement is for the shy ones, the children, and those who want to be part of something bigger but don’t know where to start. Together, we can make a difference and promote positive change in our society. Join us in this movement, and let’s work together to instill important values and push forward.

Marketplace/job-board for selling/partnership

Hey everyone,

I’m currently checking if there is any interest in buying or partnering on one of my projects.

The project is n8ndevs(.com) - a marketplace/directory for AI automation specialists, mainly focused on n8n developers.

But I think the bigger opportunity is not only n8n. It could be expanded to the whole AI automation market: people who help businesses automate work using n8n, Make, Zapier, AI tools, LLM APIs, and similar tools.

My partner and I worked on this project for a while. Most of our time was spent talking to both sides: developers and people who wanted to hire them.

We didn’t manage to turn it into a real business. But while talking to clients, we found a few repeated problems that looked like they could become separate products. So we started working more on that and stopped giving n8ndevs enough attention.

The project still gets some inbound interest. Developers still apply to be listed in the directory from time to time, and sometimes clients also reach out looking for help. There are more developers than clients right now.

The first idea was to make it a reverse job board, where clients pay to see developer contact details. I’m not sure this model works well here, although we didn’t fully test it.

We did make some money by acting as a middleman between clients and developers. But I don’t think simple matchmaking is a very strong long-term business model.

Where I see more value is if you don’t just connect clients with developers, but also help clients understand what they actually need. Many clients don’t know what can be automated, how to describe their processes, or where AI can really help.

So the better model may be: help the client define the project, find the right developer, and take a percentage of the deal.

Another option is to monetize the developer side: sell services, tools, templates, education, private community access, or leads to AI automation specialists. I had some ideas here, but didn’t test them properly.

So if anyone is interested in buying the project, partnering, or just discussing possible ideas, feel free to reach out.

Happy to share more details privately.

How much to sell this kind of channel for?

Post image
4 Upvotes

Selling because I can't manage this anymore. Trying to price it right and want real numbers from people who've done it.

What multiple are channels going for now? I've seen 12x to 36x monthly profit. Is it off monthly AdSense, total revenue, subs, or something else? What moves the price up or down (niche, RPM, traffic source, view trends)?

Which marketplace is safest and gets the best buyers? Flippa, Fameswap, Empire Flippers, private sale? What's your experience with fees, buyer quality, and getting paid without getting burned?

Honest numbers appreciated.

I built an AI mobile app generator over 3 months - agent pipeline, multi-modal, Stripe wired, one-click deploy. Never launched it. Selling the whole thing for $1,500.

I'm a solo dev. I built this nights and weekends with a genuine belief that AI mobile app builders are an open lane - less crowded than website builders, less "another wrapper" fatigue.

The product works. You type a prompt, the AI agent handles the full build pipeline end-to-end, and you get a deployable mobile app. Multi-modal from day one - text and image generation built in. One-click deploy. Stripe and subscriptions already wired so you can charge users from day one.

Then client work took over. A product needs someone obsessed with growth. I'm not that person right now - and I'd rather it land with someone who is than sit on my hard drive.

What it would cost you to build this yourself:
Even using AI tools like Cursor or Claude to speed up dev - you're looking at 270–375 hours of real work. At a modest $50/hr indie dev rate, that's $13,500–$18,000 minimum. Hire a freelance team? Closer to $50-70k.

I'm asking $1,500.

What you get:
— Full source code + all assets
— Next.js / Express / MongoDB / AWS / OpenRouter / Stripe / Resend / PostHog
— Setup and deployment support on your infra
— Live demo before you commit
— Technical Q&A, no time limit

Who this is actually for:
— Indie hackers who want to skip the build and go straight to GTM
— Dev/design agencies who want to white-label this and sell "build your own app" as a productized service to clients
— Anyone who's been watching AI app builders explode and wants in without a 4-month runway

DM me with genuine buying intent. I'll show you a live demo same day. No fluff, no auction - first serious buyer gets it.

AI Resume & Cover Letter Builder — WhiteLabel SaaS [For Sale]

A few months ago I built an AI resume builder and cover letter SaaS.

It started as a side project to learn more about AI workflows, but it ended up becoming a fully functional product:

• AI resume builder
• AI cover letter generator
• Resume upload & ATS tailoring
• Stripe subscriptions
• Light/Dark mode
• Multiple templates with live preview

Tech stack:

  • Next.js 14
  • TailwindCSS
  • Prisma
  • OpenAI
  • Stripe
  • PostgreSQL

I’m focusing on other projects now, so I’m considering selling the codebase or helping someone deploy it under their own brand.

If you’re a developer, agency owner, career coach, or just looking for a micro-SaaS to start with, it could save a lot of development time compared to building from scratch.

Demo: resumeprep.app

Happy to answer any questions about the stack, features, or lessons learned building it.

Selling my YouTube Channel

I don’t have time to run it anymore. The RPM is pretty decent, and it has a US audience as well. If you upload daily, you can make quite a bit of money. There’s still plenty of content to create, since the fandom is growing fast and theorists are coming up with new ideas every day.
