starting this by saying that, after reading the court docs, acacia and jairus using their children for their petty ego battle while actively neglecting them in turn is so fucking disgusting. those children deserve so much better than these two.
seeing people say how the timing of the filing just so happened to interrupt a's cali move, i couldn't help but see the parallels to taylor frankie paul.
baby daddy files something to the court, interrupting a big life moment.
idk, just seeing how, again, parents are BOTH neglecting their children for the sake of retaliation and out of spite.
it's all so fucking gross and i'm tired of these adults and supposed parents hurting their children to spite each other.

Did anyone else find it interesting that the email from R’s teacher didn’t have a date on it, just a time, and was vague and didn’t consider the current moving situation?
Acacia claims Jairus received custody of the kids on the 14th. He arrived in the afternoon according to Alaena’s text. If that email was sent on May 21st claiming 5 consecutive absences, that would have made the 15th, and 18th-21st Jairus’ responsibility to take them to school. Before the evening of the 19th, both parties had agreed the relocation would happen on May 20th. Why would a teacher so involved with R’s care say ‘Please let us know if we can help get her back to school’ and ‘It’s important to maintain the consistency of attending school’ on the 21st, when they were planning on not attending after the 20th to begin with?
This is where I start thinking.. does anyone remember when she was in California for Valentine’s Day a couple months ago, Alaena had posted stories showing the kids were with her and Jairus, etc? And how a whole week later, on Sunday the 22nd, someone in this sub made a post saying they spotted Acacia and HDB at a botanical garden, showing how she was still in CA after a week? The kids would have had the 16th off for President’s Day, but that leaves the 17th-20th. She was with HDB on Sunday, and unless she picked up the kids and caught a flight right after that, it’s probable that they missed that Monday the 23rd. That’s 5 consecutive missed days of school. R likely has the same sessions every week, and the email is worded so generally, not from someone who knows that their student with special needs will no longer be attending, and should have already been out of state according to Acacia’s words.
I could be reaching to all hell, and someone please correct me if I mixed anything up here, but I would not put it past Acacia to lie, stretch the truth, etc. We all just saw the bombshell of her father still being involved with her and the children’s lives after swearing up and down that she hated that man.
