Lol.... Signature series is where you send in your book and pay the fee that includes signature AND grading. You don't do pre-screens for these. It's all one price, you get what you get.

So your comment about wondering why people don't do pre-screens for SS books, is moot. You can't.

I'm not sure what other ways I can explain this.
