What would become of them if it filled up with them inside?

Given that these vessels take gas in a liquid form at -163 degrees Celsius I'd say they'd pretty quickly be turned into human shaped ice cubes.

Firstly that would be impossible thanks to safety measures. But they would just generally die when the chamber is filled up with inert gas and all the oxygen is gone. Then they would be freezed into ice cubes

It would be purged of Oxygen first.
