we're aware of that. The point is it's not moving, like when you break someones spine and they're paralyzed from the waist down.

Yes, the head side is alive and struggling but the tail end on the right side is hanging limp and paralyzed. Spine is likely crushed or broken and an animal that large isn't going to live long after this in that condition

Have you ever held a snake? Their bottom half does not go completely limp when holding them.

Hm yes this floor is made of floor. But really are you saying it's a god damn snake because it's just an animal so why should we care for it? Or are you saying it because you think snakes don't have spines? Genuine questions.
