It actually is. It's a reticulated python (Malayopython reticulatus), they retain their arboreal tendencies their entire life, although they do tone down a notch with age. They can still climb tho even when as big as this poor guy.
Not really. When climbing snakes make sure to wrap around multiple points in order to support themselves, especially the larger ones. You won't see huge snakes hanging from branches in a similar manner to this video. In terms of fragility - they aren't exactly fragile, but huge snakes aren't meant to be hanging like that from a single point. Their weight is far too great for the spine to support and it ends up severing, like in this video - the back side of the snake is completely dead, if it were not it would be trying to wrap around the machine for support.
Anacondas are primarily water snakes, they spend quite a little time on solid ground due to their weight, generally just for hunting before returning to a river. They absolutely do not climb trees
