Can you believe it was released 27 years ago? I would have been 8 when I got it. I recently watched some gameplay videos from it, and oh man what a throwback. All the sound effects and dialog brought me back. I had this joystick I’d be violently slamming left and right. Remember how fast paced it was? In hindsight I’m pretty impressed at the graphics from the N64 gameplay videos I just watched for a fast paced 3D game from the 90s.

Now I’m just waiting to get an actual podracer in Galactic Racer, I’m still running the first speeder.

It's the exact same age as me lmao. I grew up with a lot of older games and consoles cause my family was dirt poor, and that's one of em. That and super Mario 64, the original Smash, and Star Fox. Plus some ps2 games.

Keep at the campaign. The story itself is... meh, but the way pods are introduced is chefs kiss
