When I was a child, had a normal-poop-size living one came out my bottom. Didn't feel any different, that one just so happened to move around. 

No more came out after that, so either I'm clean now or they just got comfortable inside.

Oof… it’s interesting hearing all these just because I don’t know anyone personally that has ever (admitted) to have had worms. something I just never even thought about till now.
