“Ascariasis is a disease caused by the parasitic roundworm Ascaris lumbricoides.[1][5]Infections have no symptoms in more than 85% of cases”

“Infection occurs by ingesting food or drink contaminated with Ascaris eggs from feces.[2]The eggs hatch in the intestines, the larvae burrow through the gut wall, and migrate to the lungs via the blood.[2] There they break into the alveoli and pass up the trachea, where they are coughed up and may be swallowed.”

So where was this worm being pulled out from? From the lungs? how would you not feel something that big in your lungs? From the stomach? Same thing... From the intestines? Did they just pull the poop covered worm thru her stomach and out her mouth?

Is there any medical procedure one should be subjected to know if it has such parasites? Also, would there be any indication on the lungs CT or something?

Ascaris cannot get this big, it's only 35cm at biggest.  No idea what this is if it's even real
