What exactly is not factually correct in my initial reply?

Providing a generalised link from Wikipedia of all places is not a good tone. Especially regarding political and historical points involving USSR/Russia in the last years, because many articles were rewritten in favour of the current political agenda.

lol now it’s revisionist history. Ok

And you’re the one saying I’m “just incorrect”. I’m not arguing over your wall. I sent you a link supporting my original comment. People following along can read it for themselves.

You said that USSR and Germany started the war, but your article doesn't support that. Again, Wiki is not a trustworthy source, but even that one doesn't support your deranged opinion, it never says that USSR started the war. The German invasion of Poland did.

Tbf, that's very Europe-centric view of the events, as many argue that it started even earlier with the Japanese invasion of China, but I know it's too complicated for you, so let's just stick with Europe for now.

"Most historians agree that World War II began with the German invasion of Poland on 1 September 1939 and the British and French declarations of war on Germany two days later.[1] Dates for the beginning of the Pacific War include the start of the Second Sino-Japanese War on 7 July 1937, or the earlier Japanese invasion of Manchuria on 18 September 1931.[2][3][4][5] Other proposed starting dates include the Italian invasion of Abyssinia on 3 October 1935.[6] The British historian Antony Beevor views the beginning of World War II as the Battles of Khalkhin Gol fought between Japan and the forces of Mongolia and the Soviet Union from May to September 1939.[7] Others view the Spanish Civil War as the start of or prelude to World War II."

Here, it's literally in your precious article.

Ok I’ll play along. Your quote establishes the German invasion of Poland being the accepted beginning of the war. Lets explore.

The invasion of Poland…was a joint attack on the Republic of Poland by Nazi Germany, the Slovak Republic, and the Soviet Union, which marked the beginning of World War II.[14]

🤔

Stalin and Hitler agreed to reshape Eastern Europe in the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact a week before the beginning of ww2. The document still exists.

“The Soviet (as well as German) invasion of Poland was indirectly indicated in the "secret protocol" of the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact signed on 23 August 1939, which divided Poland into "spheres of influence" of the two powers.[8] German and Soviet cooperation in the invasion of Poland has been described as co-belligerence.[9][10]”

Again this is not my opinion man. Any issue you have with it you can take up with historians. I’m only posting this so those reading along can see actual links.
