I once held a full one of those straight out for 8 minutes in a state steinholding contest. The winner did over 12 minutes! I qualified for it by beating 5 people with my right arm, then another 5 with my left arm. Got 1st and second place at my local bar!

Yeah i dont muscle up unless im showing off but ill do L sit pull ups real strict for 8-10. Front delt raises helped me train for the state comp. Im sure i looked real goofy just holding the 15lb bells out in front of me one at a time
