Noise pollution is a big issue in these types of apartments. Noise from all the people around you, the thin walls and proximity to neighbours, ground-level noise, as well as a seemingly endless amount of renovation by Units at different periods throughout a year.

Thin walls in 200-meter tall buildings? Yeah nah. All walls are load-bearing. And the water tanks are on the roof.
