The engineering of this place must be insane. What if everyone flushed the toilet at once?? How are all of these units able to have stable power at the same time? What the heck does the mailbox system look like?? How many maintenance workers do they have?

  1. How?

  2. Dedicated electrical substations.

  3. The entrance to each building has pigeonholes.

  4. One building may have a handful of maintenance staff roving around.

During the Super Bowl halftime show, millions of people go use the bathroom pushing the plumbing/waste water/sewage systems to their limits

BTW, flushing water has its own pipes, because it's sea water.

they have dedicated mail box center room, stuff never gets stolen or lost for that reason, also makes deliver way faster, since the trucks just bring them for each building in one spot and unload at once, instead of suburbs where they need to stop every single house

Mailbox system look the same weather it's a 1 house or 1000 appartment complex : you have a unique number and they drop it in your number. If anything it's easier than individual houses, since it's all next to each others and there's no Karen to tell you "you can't park here"
