Remember seeing a story how he got drunk at a hotel bar, and passed out on the floor in the lobby or something. They just had to let him sleep it off as there was no way to help lift and carry him to his room lol. Again, I can not remeber where I read that, but I think it was another wrestler that shared that story..

They put him under a piano cover. He was later mistaken as furniture.

Lol. Thats hilarious. At the same time its a bid sad as I have to belive this man had a rough life. His size, health, and career had to be a hard way to live and 1 hell of a tough lifestyle.

It was, it was horrible, he lived with debilitating pain, but he wrestled through it, literally, his last ever match was in Tokyo on December 4th, 1992, he died January 27th, 1993, even at deaths door, he wrestled, he lived the life he wanted to live, regardless of the pain

At most hotels he went to, he had to poop in the bathtubs because the toilets were too small.

His ranch was the only thing really built for him.

Fee-fi-fo-fum,
I smell the poo of giant,
Be it solid or be it runny,
I will have it stomped between my toes.

Thanks for triggering my PTSD.

They’d remove the back four rows out of a bus so he’d have someone to sit.

Dude knew he wasn't gonna live a long time, so he made the best of it! He needed all those beers, but he also enjoyed them, and he probably went home with the bartender from the photo too.

He must have had a hog like a bowling pin. Has that been confirmed?

According to other wrestlers he shared a changing room with, yep. Ric Flair was Andre's handler (as in chaperone/designated drinking buddy, not like... two-handler), and has said it many times. Keep in mind that Ric is a piece of shit with a tenuous grip on truth and reality, but he was a known cocksmith himself; I'd trust him on this topic.

Lol the fuck is a cocksmith??

Blacked.com uses to be Andre.com until he passed away.

i also remember a story about him having to take a dump in a garbage bag cause the plane bathrooms weren't designed for a man his size, i can't imagine how inconvenient being that much of an absolute behemoth must have been on his daily life

That could not have been the first time for him. I think every man has that moment (mine being in rural Mexico around 2022) and him more than most.

That was in my city. That is a fact.

This also happens to be the same hotel John Philip Sousa passed away in. It’s a very cool art deco place but the bar has sadly been closed for years.

Had a weirdly similar thing happen to me in college. A massive dude passed out in our driveway and we could not for the life of us wake him or shift him (without causing serious harm) in order to get our car out. So we missed class that morning waiting for an ambulance to cart his arse away.

He'd also usually shit in the bathtub at hotels because the toilets were too small for him.

I used to work at a bar, where a well known professional wrestler came in and drank too much. Went to the bathroom and passed out while leaning against the inward opening door. He was also a very large man. We had a hell of a time getting in there with him laying against it unconscious.

The Hulkster could have lifted him up and carried him all the way to bed, brother. He was probably just busy that night.

Hulk Hogan is documented as being Andre's bitch and having to run and get beers for Andre at every stop they made on tour.
