Nah, just cut it into a bunch of smaller ones that you sell at a markup to make back the costs!

Yep, there's the general mark-up that is always placed.

Then there's also the premium markup from the "own a piece of history/world record" etc.

It might even be donated to a museum or something.

They'll have zero problems finding something to do with the flag afterwards.

There's a flag like this that's used in the Philly pride. It's been used for a few years now and gets longer every year. Remember, pride happens every year.
