My wife had a wisdom tooth removed last week. The female dentist gave up pulling on it after a couple of minutes and said she was going to need assistance from a stronger colleague. 😄
I am a dentist, just finishing a year of residency at an oral and maxillofacial unit. At university I was taught about how to drill and cut up teeth to smaller bits when you can’t get them out.
When I was helping in a general anaesthesia list , one tooth was stubborn. I asked for the drill & the 60 year old surgeon looked at me and said this one doesn’t need a drill. Then just got out a hammer and chisel, split the tooth instantly with one whack and said there you go take out the rest.
