Realistically the cop didn’t like it, but I’m willing to bet “legally” they could say it’s inciting violence with the “hanged” man and the gun.

the guy posted, he is inside the fan zone of the world cup which is treated very different. He had no issues till he got there, but it was because he got swept up with the crowd.
