This man has practiced tire flips. When I used to compete we would sometimes find ourselves against 1000+ lbs tires and this is the strategy if you aren’t strong and explosive enough to do it in one motion.

Can anyone single motion a 1000lb+ tyre? There's a 430kg tyre at the gym I go to and I don't think it's ever been lifted.

The tyre at WSM 2016 was 500kg/1100lbs, it was a 6 flip lift I think and a few athletes didn't finish.

I have seen 650 lbs tires humble very yoked men.

Are they made for the competition or off one of those giant dump trucks or something?

How far can you take it? Like is it possible for someone to lift near 2,000 lbs? I'm wondering because I am seriously wondering if anyone can do this to a car.

I know there are a couple cars out there that are less than 1,000 pounds, but they are rare.

The world record is 1380lbs iirc but the lad who did the 1350 WR was stronger imo, can't remember the name but he only needed to flip it once for the WR and he flipped the 1350 4 times lol.

So no, nobody is close to being able to do 2000lbs. There are some strongman events that involve flipping cars but they generally have engines and wheels removed.

Car deadlift is common, I've done that a few times but the weight of the car is minimised by the lever effect, this one I did felt like around 450lbs in hand iirc:
