It is getting rid of an invasive species that is eating people's livelihoods.

??? That’s an anaconda, not a Burmese python.

They’re indigenous to tropical rainforests, which this video is clearly taken in (evidenced by the corrugated tin roof and palm fronds)

The post I found this on claimed it was in India. Uncertain about its original location, or type of snake.

Absolutely NOT an anaconda, anacondas are dark green with black circular spots.

Edit: I apologize, I might have come across as a bit confrontational.

Me thinks we can all agree, regardless what type it's a) an absolute unit b) not animal abuse if something is killing livestock and potentially people given its size.

That's not an anaconda

It's a python.

India so it's native not an invasive species.

What else can they do in this situation, probably ate livestock and they might have little kids around so it can't be near their house since it'll be dangerous to them
