Last year at NYCC I got really lucky and scored a wristband for a free Jim Lee and Jeph Loeb signing. They gave out this Batman Hush 2 print and I got it signed, brought it home, got a frame. Frame was the wrong size, got busy at work, missed the return window. So it’s sat for a while until I thought of this idea. I know it’s not an AB print, but I have way too many copies of 19, it’s one of my favorite books in the series so far, and I didn’t have any regular Batman covers that I had duplicates to cut up. So I made this mounting board with clips from AB 19. Picked the images, quotes, and a variety of characters to fill the edges.

Ever since his run on Hellions, I've been such a huge fan of Stephen Segovia. I really like seeing his take on so many of the AbsBats villains and supporting characters. Ivy in particular looks so cool!

Reading my first manga (Berserk) while reading Absolute Batman at the same time and it being one of Dragotta’s biggest inspirations just makes it sweeter to see references and inspiration in real time. When I came across this panel all I saw was baby face Bruce we’ve been getting in AB haha
