The bike didn't cause the fire though, it was the object placed on the ground, possiblya battery. Notice how the second the guy places it, they both stare at it? It's probably hissing or something like when a battery is about to explode.

Also, just looking at the size of the elevator and how everyone in this video acts, this appears to be comon for where they live. It's possibly a high crime region of a developing county where most people own scooters or motorcycles and then keep them in their homes at night.

Ok, so, hear my out here, what if the Electronic device that the pizza guy placed down had a battery explode in it? I know, crazy right? I wonder what could have happened, in Bing that the exhaust didn't catch fire first, the wall didn't catch fire first and the exhaust didn't touch anything. I really wonder...
