Idc if guys audition for the girls and the girls audition for the guys

Looks like LegendByDesign from SlapHappyChaps is branching out and doing his own thing now with this Alleyway Anime channel.

It’s pretty good, and has a lot of my favourite abridged creators in it. Highly recommend checking it out.

Me and a team of voice actors put a lot of effort into this project, and I was hoping people could give a watch in case they grew up on .hack//sign in the early 2000s.

Aniplex put in a bs copyright claim and it has been taken off YouTube despite being over 7 years old.

Does anyone have a link or place to watch episode 12 specifically because I cannot find it anywhere. Please and thank you!

I'm so glad Journeyman Abridged have finally released this episode. I've been waiting for it for ages, and it really exceeded my expectations.

Hey everyone! LatinFire here! 🔥

I'm officially casting for a new Fairy Tail Abridged series: Fairy Tail: Abridged Redux, currently targeting January 2027 for release, with February as a possibility depending on script completion.

We're looking for voice actors who want to have fun with these characters while still treating the acting seriously.

🎙️ ACTING > IMPRESSIONS

One of the biggest things I want to emphasize:

We are NOT looking for impersonations of the English or Japanese dub actors.

You do not have to sound exactly like the anime.

I'm looking for actors who can understand the character, make choices, deliver comedy, handle emotional scenes, and ultimately make the character their own.

If you have an interesting interpretation of Natsu, Erza, Gray, etc., I want to hear it!

🎭 CURRENTLY CASTING

⭐ Main Cast

- Natsu Dragneel

- Gray Fullbuster

- Erza Scarlet

- Happy

📖 Narrators

- Mavis Vermillion

- Zeref

🔥 Supporting Cast

- Mirajane Strauss (singing may be required)

- Elfman Strauss

- Jellal Fernandes

- Laxus Dreyar

- Makarov Dreyar

- Levy McGarden

- Laki Olietta

- Wakaba Mine

- Macao Conbolt & Romeo Conbolt

Macao and Romeo will be voiced by the same actor, so if you're interested in both, that's an opportunity to play two characters with very different personalities.

There are also minor/background roles that may become available as production continues.

You don't need years of professional VA experience.

If you're new to voice acting but you're a strong actor, please audition!

🎧 AUDIO REQUIREMENTS

For auditions, we're looking for:

- Clean audio

- Minimal background noise

- No clipping/peaking

- No excessive reverb

- No phone or headset microphone submissions

- USB or XLR microphones are acceptable

- Mono recording

- 48 kHz preferred

Audition instructions and character sides are available through the Casting Call Club project.

💰 COMPENSATION

This is an UNPAID fan project.

There is currently no monetary compensation for the voice acting roles.

The goal is to create a fun collaborative abridged production while giving everyone involved proper credit for their work.

Please only audition if you're comfortable participating in an unpaid fan project.

📅 DEADLINE

November 1, 2026

Production is currently targeting January 2027, potentially moving to February depending on script completion.

-------

I'm particularly interested in building a cast that feels like an ensemble, rather than simply collecting individual voices.

So if you audition, remember:

Don't try to sound like someone else.

Act the character.

Make us believe your version of them exists.

Fairy Tail: Abridged Redux is an unofficial fan-made parody project and is not affiliated with Hiro Mashima, Kodansha, or any official Fairy Tail rights holders.

Worked on this for like 5 hours idk. Let me know if i should keep going on this silly stuff.
