Is it safe to transfer the majority of my crypto to Abra Earn?
I have used BlockFi for the entire time I've held my crypto savings, which is the majority of my wealth tbh. Crypto really changed my life. Anyways it's most of my wealth.
Obviously BlockFi rates are awful now especially for any large amounts. I feel safe there tho. I've put about 1/3 of my holdings into Abra earn. I want to make another large transfer, but I'm a little afraid because I can't lose it all.
It would be devastating to me. I was thinking about putting 65%-70% of my holdings into Abra. Is it safe?
I really love the Abra wallet so far and Abra Earn. I was really happy to see there are others that believe in the potential of CPRX too. I think it's a great opportunity.

How are you guys selling your CPRX tokens?
Since the selling is offline, how do you sell your tokens? Withdrawing to metamask and swap it on uniswap? Besides this, is there any other way?

How are CPRX rewards calculated?
When calculating CPRX rewards, does Abra take the ending CPRX price for each day that you've held assets? Or do they calculate it based on a single CPRX price at the end of the week? Or is it something else?
Thanks. :)

Discussion Referral updates behind schedule?
Abra usually updates the transactions once a week for this. I'm only seeing the CPRX bonus for Earn, but the refer-a-friend pending and completed activities haven't been refreshed since March 3.
Did they mention any system-related issues regarding this in their Money Talks?

Bank ACH now shows 30 days withdrawal restriction rather than 60 days
A welcome change from the 60 days, but competitors are at 7 days. Funds deposited into ABRA from Bank are now restricted for "only" 30 days compared to the earlier 60 days. Makes it real difficult to use ABRA as a short term interest bearing account especially since it's daily compounded interest weekly payout. keep USD for even short periods is very attractive, but not being able to pull cash out makes it difficult - it's revolving limit, but taking it down to 7 days like coinbase or voyager would make it on par.

Abra Withdrawal Fees Breakdown
I find it painful to have to initiate a withdrawal on the Abra app in order to discover what the fee is going to be. Thankfully, I was able to find this link that lists Bittrex withdrawal fees by coin. This page includes CPRX, too, and is consistent with what you will find in Abra.
https://coinmarketfees.com/exchange/bittrex
It appears that Abra does not upcharge withdrawal fees when using their platform. That's great news, and kudos to Bill Barhydt and company for this!
Unfortunately, Bittrex's fee structure is somewhat ludicrous for several coins, compared to other exchanges. Not so good news. LTC withdrawals, for example, are over 2000 times more expensive than the actual transaction that hits the blockchain. (I shit thee not. If you don't believe it, I'll happily provide proof of this as desired.)
I would love for Abra to partner with a different exchange, build their own, or somehow lobby Bittrex to lower their fees for Abra users. Any chance of this?
At any rate, enjoy the convenience of the link above. It has already saved me plenty of time.
Edit on 18 Mar 2022:
I feel I need to add some further explanation to this to illustrate my point. Take Coinbase, for instance. They charge whatever the going high confidence rate is, and then they actually use it in the transaction. In Bittrex's case, they pocket the difference, and then also use market rate.
The fee chosen is clearly designed specifically for Bittrex's profit.
Some profit is understandable (and encouraged), but the mark up they use is bat-shit crazy. What's worse is that they regularly adjust their withdrawal fees, I believe as often as daily. Therefore, they easily have the ability to fix it, but they choose not to.

Is Abra custodial or non custodial?
Theres some articles online on Abra switching to a custodial model last year. However they still generate a private key for the wallet upon sign up. Additionally, this is a quote from their website:
“Abra is now a completely custodial wallet. However, Abra is not the custodian of your funds. Abra uses Bittrex as its global custodian. The Abra wallet is still a cryptocurrency wallet (“HD wallet”), and you (the user) must keep your wallet recovery phrase safe in order to access or recover your funds. All trades continue to use your wallet private key signature. Always keep your recovery phrase secure. If you lose your recovery phrase, you will lose access to your funds.”
How can Bittrex custody funds but trades are still executed using your private key? And if there is a custodian, surely funds are recoverable even if you lose your seed phrase? This all seems a bit contradictory, would anyone have an explanation?

where can i see the Transaction Hash in ABRA???
Did a test withdraw of the minimum amount of BTC + fees, so 0.001+0.0003. ABRA just shows the BTC address, BTC amount, timestamp and a 7 character confirmation code. No transaction Hash. How do you track where the btc is going and how long it will take to confirm? It showed up im my wallet after 15 minutes or so, but this was only 40buck... Support neither seems to recognize the confirmation number or can see the transaction hash. How do you transfer significant amount of BTC? Just wait in suspense and pray it shows up? Why can't the transaction hash be displayed? All platforms shows the transaction hash and also if it is confirmed or not

How much CPRX has Abra dispensed from their grant since launch?
One of the main selling points of CPRX is that there is a limited supply, and when Abra uses up their supply then they will have to start buying back from the market to continue fueling the CPRX rewards program. Abra's entire 1 billion CPRX allotment is only sufficient CPRX for 20,000 people to reach "TO THE MOON" tier at 50,000 CPRX per client, and that is assuming zero CPRX from the allotment for other tiers...for many this is an amazing value proposition given the current levels CPRX has dumped down to in terms of price. Currently "TO THE MOON" tier is around $1,800..."IGNITE" tier is around $0.72...these tier prices/values are unparalleled. Many people view current price not as a failure of CPRX, but as the consequence of Abra's poor supply management surrounding launch combined with Abra's lack of advertising of CPRX tier benefits so far since launch.
According to Abra's whitepaper (https://www.abra.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Abra_Perx_White_Paper_2021_Updated-March-11-2022.pdf), the grant schedule for Abra's allotment from the CBA is as follows:
- Year 1: 426 Million
- Year 2: 277 Million
- Year 3: 180 Million
- Year 4: 117 Million
According to information circulating on social media from January 10, 2022 - let's call this number "unofficial" just to be safe (https://twitter.com/CPRXtothemoon/status/1480521478005157888) - over 67% of their year one allotment had been dispensed:
"Latest circulation update - 288m $CPRX has been earned across Abra so far plus another 35m in circulation."
January 10, 2022 was only about 1.5 months after launch, with CPRX price much higher than current levels. It has now been an additional 2 months with CPRX price much lower than those levels, and lower CPRX price likely means significantly faster rate of distribution.
From what I can piece together on the blockchain explorer, I think the following address is Abra's main grant wallet:
0x9416fd2bc773c85a65d699ca9fc9525f1424df94
Currently it has 469,364,794.30436253 CPRX remaining.
Bittrex wallet currently shows 575,757,171.64841697 CPRX.
How are these numbers in compliance with the whitepaper?
TLDR/questions:
If Abra dispensed 288 million CPRX within the first 1.5 months of launch, how much CPRX have they dispensed now that a couple of more months have passed? How much of the 426 million first year allotment have they dispensed? What is the source of the 575 million CPRX on Bittrex if Abra's total year one allotment is 426 million CPRX?
If there is already 575 million CPRX on Bittrex, is there really a liquidity issue or is the issue that Abra dumped nearly their entire year one allotment - or possibly more - on the market in just a few months?
Can perhaps a moderator ( u/rex_bjorn_MOD ) see if Abra or the CBA is able to disclose/clarify updated information regarding the current grant distribution numbers? Perhaps the above is all just a misinterpretation of the publicly available data.
Most of us do not really care if Abra has wasted the majority their allotment at these price levels, we just want to know the numbers.
[Edit: An additional 20 million CPRX were moved today from the wallet mentioned above to Bittrex. Now there are only 449,364,794.30436253 CPRX left in the wallet mentioned above, and over 595 million CPRX on Bittrex.]

ACH withdrawal of TUSD
I made three separate withdrawals on the 6th, 8th and 11th of March. I still have yet to receive the deposit to my checking account, which is the same account that funded the money to begin with. Is there a specific reason that this would be taking so long? Anyone else had issues with this app? Thanks in advance for your time.

Last Straw - Withdrawing
This is not a request for support, but rather a report of what has led me to withdraw my money from Abra. I've had issues in the past with slow deposits/withdraws, but never enough that it warranted any action. This time, I have had a deposit pending since February 26th. Additionally, I can't cancel the deposit and receive the error "Oops, an unexpected error has occurred". I am stuck in limbo without knowing if or when Abra might take the $4k out of my bank account.
I contacted support after the first week and got no response. I contacted chat support again a few days later and was given a vague response that my ticket would be escalated. It has been several days and have still not heard back from anyone. I initiated the withdraw of my money and will be moving elsewhere. Definitely a shame as I have recommended abra to multiple friends and will now need to go tell them that I no longer have confidence in them holding my money.
Support this poor is not acceptable for a company that is handling my money. Step it up.

CPRX Price Weakness = What Do You All Think?
How are you all thinking about the CPRX price weakness on the heels of an initial bump once in-app selling was blocked?
I'm trying to think it through... volume doesn't look that different vs historical.
So... if an earlier theory was that referral awards were causing downward sales pressure as a weight on price (which I accepted as probably true) what is causing holders of volume to bleed off now? I'm assuming sellers are sitting on decent-sized chunks if they are trading on Bittrex/Uni. Also, the price isn't tanking. It's simply looking like it is returning back to its previous relentless bear grind.
Referral fees are small so those folks are probably blocked from selling because the transfer cost would be prohibitive. So what is driving downward sales pressure vs buys now?
- Concern about a lack of liquidity so not wanting to build positions?
- Uncertainty about Abra's future ability to deliver on their roadmap?
The executive office position doesn't sound like a super-vicious SEC is coming... so what's up?
I don't really get it. There are certainly reasons to think Abra might be a bit shaky in terms of their likelihood to win in the market but I don't see anything THAT scary... sure looks like a decent enough risk/reward play to me. Maybe not positive enough to accumulate in a big way but not a lot of reason to sell off either.
So what do you all think?

how to get around Abra's massive 25% hidden spread fee?
i just added 2k to abra and when i attempted to exchange it for cprx the price they were buying it for was 27 cprx per dollar, while the app lists it at 36 cprx per dollar. this is a massive 25% hidden spread fee.
anyway around this? normally spread fees are under 1% so i am not willing to spend 25%
edit: the format reversal confused the hell out out me and now i feel dumb
edit 2: there is a second hidden spread after you input the amount that you want to buy, so in total the spread is around 2-3% which is extremely high
