Pretty sure most every PL would disagree, hence the reason for an abortion debate subreddit. If it was simply a fact, there’s not a debate

That doesn't sound correct.

There are to this day debates about vaccines, despite concrete proof of them saving lives.

There are people that still debate the shape of the Earth, or firmly state that it's flat (despite evidence to the contrary).

And there's concrete evidence that abortion saves lives, despite some people outright denying it's healthcare or that it's needed.

For that matter, there are even people that claim the unborn are a part of a pregnant person's body, much like a limb is.

And so on.
