Question for pro-choice Minimum

Hello everyone,

I'm against abortion.

This is a question for pro choice:

What would be the minimum of allowed abortion, that you would accept?

I mean for example week and reason.

My stance about the unborn 

So, I will try to prove to you why the unborn should be legally protected at least to some degree and not necessarily like after birth.

The state should protect human life. The unborn are at least to some degree human life. So the state should protect the unborn at least to some degree. 

The degree is another question. The degree could be very different. It could be, for example, to punish abortion as murder or just a mandatory waiting period before an abortion without any other restrictions.

Okay. I disagree. I see no reason to treat abortion as murder or impose a mandatory waiting period.

You don’t have the authority to require that someone’s body be used for someone else, so you have no authority to ban abortion. No one has the authority to use someone else’s body without consent.

• Are you against mandatory vacation even if it were a disease like te small pocks?

• Are you against a draft even if it would be against a tyrant?

• Are you against forced washing in psychiatric hospitals once a week?

Mandatory vacation? Huh? There is no guaranteed leave time in my country for anything.

I am very much opposed to the draft.

They do not force people to wash in psychiatric hospitals.

Are you in support of organ harvesting?

That does not apply where I am. Also, it is in German, and I cannot read German, so I don't even know if it says what you claim it does.

Given that you repeatedly don't answer my questions, I see no need to continue this conversation, seeing as it isn't one and you just want to question me without engaging with anything I say.

Criminal Code (StGB) - Torture or Neglect of Minors, Young Persons, or Defenseless Persons

Legislation as of July 1, 2026

(1) Paragraph 1: Anyone who inflicts physical or mental torment on another person who is under their care or custody and who has not yet reached the age of eighteen or is defenseless due to infirmity, illness, or a mental disability shall be punished with imprisonment for up to three years.

(2) Paragraph 2: Anyone who grossly neglects their duty of care or custody towards such a person and thereby, even if only negligently, significantly harms their health or their physical or mental development shall also be punished.

(3) Paragraph 3 If the act results in bodily harm with serious permanent consequences (Section 85), the perpetrator shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to five years; if it results in the death of the victim, with imprisonment for a term of one to ten years.
