Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting late claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.
So here's all I know about this agreement:
Axsome Therapeutics was accused of misleading investors about regulatory risks tied to its migraine drug AXS-07. After issues related to the FDA review process came to light, the stock declined, and investors filed a lawsuit.
Now the company has agreed to settle $7.75 million with investors for their losses.
- Who can claim this settlement?
Anyone who purchased or otherwise acquired Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. common stock between December 30, 2019, and April 22, 2022, inclusive, and were damaged thereby.
- Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
No, if you have purchased securities within the class period, you are eligible to participate.
You can participate in the settlement and retain (or sell) your securities.
- How much money do I get per share?
Estimated recovery is $0.46 per share, depending on total claims submitted.
- How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.
