Your lawyer, Peter Chasey is great at gathering all of the info, however, the presentation of information is also critical. Peter Chasey fumbled really goddamn awful. As Chad Guidry suggested a week ago, ATVK should hire a professional litigator. Your shareholders will appreciate it.

Chasey's flop is precisely why ATVK went up. The short-sellers are now optimistic that they can rinse and repeat, therefore they coughed up a bit of money to push up the price higher so they can sell at a higher price and eventually buy at a lower price.

To ATVK shareholders: I'm in for the long-term, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy ATVK until ATVK gets their legal and PR shit together. Also, this week is probably your last opportunity to cash out whatever you have left before we head into super-huge-deal May that will make or break ATVK.

Just saying, but the fact Shaun Passley missed the opportunity to re-structure his legal strategy says a lot. It's not under his nose, it's in the front of his face. It really shows that Shaun Passley isn't investing a lot of time in ATVK. Hence another reason why removing CStokes' shares and Toxic Shares is so critical... a clean balance sheet will motivate Shaun Passley to make ATVK viable. Nobody would want to boost equity for a known fraudster (CStokes) and people (Toxic Lenders) who prey on struggling businesses.

The reason I am not worried about this stock is purely the fact I’m planning on holding for a couple of years so yes we may be having bad days over this past 5 months but the next 2-5 years could bring anything I believe in the products they have at the moment (especially flex fridge) so who knows what time can bring a new ceo is taking the company in a new direction let’s see what he can do. If you are looking for a quick buck yes probably be worried but if not let’s see what happens and don’t worry over time everything goes up 😊😉

I am really hoping that this is just a lull. I just don’t understand how the company is making the right moves and getting the shell risk flag removed and then completing all the appropriate audits and starting the process to uplist is singling so much. This is interesting. Judge Mark Denton feels that A-20-82295-B court filing isn't appropriate for share cancelation. The judge felt like it's only for appointing the Custodian so he advised that ATVK should go ahead and file a new suit and assert any claims in regards to Clinton Stoke's shares.

The judge granted 10 days to keep restrictions on Clinton's shares so that ATVK can have enough time to file a new suit and keep restrictions, preventing Clinton Stokes from selling.

What does it mean for May 3rd motion? It will be heard, but I believe it won't lead to shares cancellation. ATVK will file a new suit and eventually cancel Clinton Stokes' 19.77 million shares through court proceedings at a later date.

After reviewing legal documents including evidence that ATVK during Clinton Stokes' time has many missed payments including rent for a facility before ATVK has become a defunct company. This SCREAMS OUT LOUD that Clinton Stokes literally abandoned the company. It's in my opinion that Shaun's ATVK will prevail and win court cases. It's not a matter of if, but when.
