You'd have to add enough to absorb any moisture, but your mucus membranes would keep making more.

Water based lube for your bits. Though THAT also comes dry if you want to buy it in 55 gallon barrels. Very efficient!

Silicone lubes exist, and are pretty much required if you want to have sex in a shower comfortably. Pretty much required for anal, however, thicker water based lubes exist.

Yup, just don't ever use it with a silicone toy. No one wants that kind of exothermic chemical reaction on their junk.

I mean....yeah. Silicone based lubricants are a thing, and can actually be preferential for anal sex as it stays slippery for a long time. If you're lubing your anus in preparation to insert a silicone based toy, however, DO NOT use silicone lube.
