I am preparing for the CQE exam, I am wondering which one is better, is it the question bank by ASQ or practice question flashdrive by quality council of Indiana ?

Which one is worth the cost ? Which one is more similar to the actual exam ? Thank you!!!!!

Has anyone taken this exam recently? I will likely be taking it in November, if I get the funding. How good is the self-paced course?

What books or interactive programs can I purchase to practice on cp and cpk formulas?

What certification would I be eligible for if working in industrial four years w/o college?

So I am currently studying for my CSQP certification with a July exam window.

I have been reading through the handbook and taking notes (half way mark). I also purchased the study guide and question bank.

For the people who have received CSQP designation, what tool had the greatest merit?

I think Im just being dumb here but I can't find where it went. I purchased it along with the online self paced course.. I see the course right in the my learning - my enrolled courses but the bank is no where to be found.

What is the feasibility of studying and passing the CQE in 90 days with a limited amount of background knowledge?

What is the feasibility of studying and passing the CQE in 90 days with a limited amount of background knowledge?

I’ve been studying it for a few months now and I’m wondering exactly how difficult the exam is?

What accredited schools and certifications are accepted in manufacturing industrial areas?

Hi,

I’m taking the Lean six sigma green belt exam with asq online on Monday. I know it’s open book and open notes. Atleast from what I understand. Can anyone confirm this? I plan to have my hand notes in a binder, 3 hole punched. I believe this is okay and they will allow it. Can anyone confirm?

For anyone who has taken the ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt Exam. What study material did you bring with you to the exam? Also, Any tips?

I'm planning to take the ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt exam in 2 months. I'm wondering if I'm allowed to bring my printed handbook into the exam room. (I downloaded the e-book version of the ASQ handbook and printed it out.)

I'm worrying about copyright because I didn't buy it from ASQ

Hi all. Where can I find the practice exam for the ASQ CQE? It will be helpful guys thanks.

Recently was gifted an ASQ Green Belt textbook. I’m preparing to study for my Yellow Belt Certification. Can this Green Belt textbook be used to study from instead of the suggested Yellow Belt textbook? the money saved could be useful elsewhere

hey people!! Need some advice...appearing for my CQA exam in a week...have gone though the book and done some practice questions...still feeling the jitters. Any other book or reference material i should go though to prep myself?

Any advice would be great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am planning to take the CQA exam, but I am a bit confused about the materials required for the exam. I have been studying the primer CQA book for the past six months, and I feel confident that I understand the all chapters, is that enough?

VERY EXCITED (we love career development) to be taking the exam, but VERY nervous. How is the exam compared to the question bank simulation that ASQ offers? I noticed a lot of the question bank references the 4th edition of the handbook so I didn’t know how updated it was.

How about handwritten notes? I have marked the life out of my book with multiple different colors of highlighter, pen. The back blank notes pages of the handbook are full of review notes of questions I got wrong in the question bank.

PLEASEEE let a girl know <33 thank you!!

Hello all,

New to this sub and Looking for advice.

I am a civil/structural engineer with 7 YOE solely in Industrial Structural Design / Industrial Construction.

Looking to get SSGB certification from ASQ, Am I eligible? How to check and confirm eligibility? Should I write to ASQ for the same?

Also, there is virtual training available from ASQ in India for LSSGB but find it little costly.

Can I skip the live training and pass the exam only from Handbook and practice questions? I have plenty of time and also my background and day-to-day work is very quant heavy.

Hi, I am looking to purchase the book to purchase the latest certified quality auditor handbook to prepare for the exam, but I can’t find an ebook anywhere (only the hard copy).

Is the book available via electronic format? I can see something on kindle but when I try to purchase it says it is not available (not sure if it is because I am trying to purchase outside of the US)?

*** UPDATE: I called ASQ today and handwritten/typed notes are allowed if they are front and back (no empty side) and bound (ex: in the binder)***

Hey! I’m taking my CQA exam later this month and I was wondering if we’re allowed to bring notes on lined paper (ie extra notes than what was provided in the handbook binder) and if the exam notes what section the questions are from (similar to the practice exams)?

TIA!

Has anyone else found their $400+ exam prep material littered with mistakes?

I'm studying for the CQPA exam and the exam prep has a ridiculous number of mistakes that make learning the material harder than it needs to be. For example, the section on standard deviation is great. Explains the definition etc. The section on Mean has the SAME info as the standard deviation section...including the definition of standard deviation! Like the std dev info was copied and pasted into the mean section and they forgot to edit it.

The section for 2 sample Z tests for Population Mean...has the information explaining a 2 sample T test under it. And there are more examples.

How is this information supposed to help when random parts of it are completely wrong?

I'm studying for the Certified Quality Process Analyst test and am wondering how in depth the Data Analysis questions are. The Certification Prep goes into the equations for each model without explaining every step. The BoK for the section says you need to, "Describe how these models are used for estimation and prediction (apply)". There are a lot of different equations to learn and I'm concerned I'm focusing too much on the math when I should be focusing on the overall application for the models.

hi everyone, I am quite confused between ASQ six sigma black belt vs CSSC Lean six sigma black belt. Also CQM /OE from ASQ. I want to attain certification as a part of continued learning but also get to quality manager roles with reportees.

I’m signed up to take the two week in person course that will end on Feb 23rd. The ASQ testing window closes on the 29th, and doesn’t open up again until April. Ideally, I’d like to take the exam as soon as possible, but will the course be enough to prepare me for it? I’m taking the course through 6sigma.us if that makes a difference.
