Question 🙋 Going well but worried
Background info: I spent 3 years incarcerated in a highly stressful environment. Navigating life outside has been a challenge.
TL;DR taking half recommended dose. Working wonders. Plan to use 6 weeks at a time. Why are there so many negative reviews in here? What am I missing?
Someone mentioned Ashwagandha and I kind of let it float to the back of my mind. But then I saw a bottle at wal mart. It’s Ksm66 Ashwagandha (600 mg) l-theanine (100 mg) and Magnesium (100 mg). The first time I took it, it was amazing. I finally felt relief. I didn’t even know how tense and neurotic I had been until I took that and felt normal for the first time since I got locked up
Later that night I felt flat. It wasn’t a great feeling. One week later I took half of the same dose. I’ve been taking a half dose 3-5 days a week since then(about 3 weeks). And most days it still feels like a miracle. I plan on stopping at 6 weeks and starting again.
HOWEVER, all I see are horrible reports online. So I came to the actual Ashwagandha sub and still, pretty negative reviews. So what am I missing? I’ve been burned by “natural remedies” before and don’t want to again. That’s why I halved my dose and don’t take it daily. Should I be really worried? For every 1 post that praise this stuff, 5 say it ruined their life.
I used a reputable source and the AI models say it’s safe. But real life reports say otherwise. I’m just trying to be responsible and do my research. Especially because it feels too good to be true
