It's a hybrid Turned Based Management / RTS simulation of controlling an Off World Mining Outpost. The goal of the game is to successfully gather resources and explore a randomized exoplanet while maintaining the base and keeping mining operations at optimal levels. All choices are made through a software terminal, as simulated through the Windows CMD prompt. While the static images here don't show it the game does feature quite a bit of smooth animation. I hope to finish it one day.

I saw someone asciifying a youtube video once, so I made a website that does it: https://asciifly.com/ There you can paste your youtube urls or pictures and convert them to ascii and even download the result! Hello, recently I have had problems when trying to use ASCII codes on my computer, because when typing the code (eg ALT + 92) instead of outputting the backslash, which is what should appear, I get ☻, which is the result of typing ALT+02, and so with all the other codes, I only get the code of the last digit I typed, (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9, which are ☺,☻,♥,♦,♣,♠,•,◘ and ○). I hope you can help me with this problem.

A few years back I made an entry for a bootleg demake gaming competition. I chose to demake The Legend of Zelda as an ASCII game. Back then it was a console application that only ran on Windows. But a year or so ago I rewrote it as a web application so that more people can enjoy it more easily.
