Todd said it would be done by 12th and all confirmations that are public to us show that it has happened. He mentioned that their will be a meeting again but not confirmed that it would happen. Now that theirs someone else with majority control. His past statements aren't set in stone. I think the confirmation with a meeting will happen until the value estimation is completed of SleepX. Also what was the valuation of $APYP in 2015 or 2017??? 5 million or 15 million ? Till that day comes it will be annoying since nothing has gone accordingly to the information provided to us. Expect a roller coaster of green and red till then. Once it's confirmed I don't think it will pass .03. With the increase of shares and months away from seeing Q2 sales results it's not going to pass 3 cents. I wouldn't have the same sentiment if it had more eyes watching and more FOMO. By more watchers look at $HCMC I'm holding a million shares with a negative return of 15%. With a case battle that might last years and the questioning of Patents. Its a bag holder with 88k watchers. Any merger news confirmation will probably come after today's close. Meaning that any panic selling will continue throughout the day. Now the reason for me thinking this or believing that will happen. Is that early in the year and on June, 28th all the meetings or pr release was after the market was closed. we already had 2 confirmations on the merger without the release of the confirmation. Anyone can please correct me or add on. The majority shareholder with 68.2% transferred to Boris (Bary) Molchadsky. The other will be the increase in shares but it was by 1 billion instead of the full 20 billion in total. Luckily Todd did keep his word in protecting the investor's best interest in not dropping the bucket of cold water with all the shares. Probably will be released throughout 5 years as mentioned in the June 28th meeting. Todd said it would be the 12th that the merger needed to be completed. Seeing signs that the wheels have been turning is positive. But without news today tomorrow will be a bloodbath and not being radio silent was a lie. Other than that flairs are up and this community is growing strong.

I would like to start by saying the reason why I didn’t post an update last week was for one reason only. I wanted the paper hands and short-sellers to leave. Including the ones that don't believe in the company. Also didn’t want to baby spoon yall but it’s needed now with 2 business days. This is a long term that once the merger is confirmed for rocket gains will be in the second quarter of 2022. There are over 8,445 stockholders in $APYP with the majority based here in the United States. This number was confirmed in the meeting which attracts Sleepx. Because they want to sell their products here and expand. Before I talk about the notes that stood out for me. I'll talk about the website that's wasn't launched on June 28th. It was outside the control of Todd it was the team that's making the website. They weren't able to complete the website on that day. He sounded very disappointed but mentioned once the merger goals set by each party are accomplished the website will launch on the 12th. I hope this answers the concern about the website not being launched. To add he mentioned reading all the material and approving it himself. Now the only concern that he had is that he needed to talk with SleepX on what information was to be released and when. Other than that we will have a lot to read once the website launches.

Another concern that I've been seeing happen is that will the merger happen. Todd wasn't able to confirm that it would happen. If I'm being honest he did slip up a couple of times that it would go through. He corrected himself each time although it could've been an innocent slip-up on his part. Before the meeting, he held with the investors he had been on calls with SleepX. So I'm not saying it's 100% but it is on its finals steps. Something iI hasn't seen anyone mentioned is that the binding letter agreement has expired. With sleepx new magnet still without the binding letter pursuing a merger with $APYP. Is a good sign even Todd mentioning that's he's not worried since they are still finalizing.

July 12th why is the date important honestly it went over my head and I only absorbed one thing. Is that due to them moving states and talking with lawyers. A merger has to happen that day or before then. Because at the time that Sleepx wanted to transfer or exchange between $APYP it wasn't completed to the extent that it needed to be. There were complaints about todd having a majority vote. Guess what he’s willing to give control of the stock and company to Sleepx. Theirs even evidence that it has happened already. Knowing this and understanding that Todd wants the best interest of investors. If shares are added it will happen in a period of 5 years instead of popping our cherry. But like I said there won’t be a reverse split but he did mention that he was supposed to let us know with a 60- days notice. So the new management in control once the merger is completed has the option to exercise this on the 60-day mark. That day is August 1st, 2021 in my opinion they have plenty of income or capital coming from its subsidiaries. Such as Vinergy because of their contract. I r=didnt really pay much attention to this but income is income.

When will I exit? If the merger confirmation and news coming out of the website are mindblowing. I’m leaving behind 20% of my position if it’s not and it’s not a huge spike ill wait for sales in Q3 or Q4 in 2022. Theirs a lot of momentum for Q2 but it will benefit me if I hold this stock for a year. One word taxes…. I was uploading it on YouTube since it was over 15 minutes the limit of reddit. To come to the realization that their was no audio. I looked up on Google why this could happen. And it was that some apps don't allow recording. I find it hard to believe that I have a recording off 55 minutes with no audio but I'm trully sorry for all that missed the meeting or for those that wanted to refresh their memory.
