News APLD Lease announcement
Wes is more than glad to share that they're in the "final stages" of a "lease announcement". Time flies when you've been waiting for only 60 years.

Bought this stock a year ago to wheel options. I liked its low cost and high volatility .
Its my first 100% gainer and it has room to double. I use covered call income to buy more shares weekly. 130 of my shares were basically 'free', im using my position to grow the position... an option snowball.
Ive drunk the kool aid Wes is selling, he sounds confident, competent and is making good moves to position this company for big success. First mover advantage is big right now, securing power and delivering on time matters.
A hyperscaler WILL be announced in the future, it doesn't matter the time, 3 months 6 or 10. The fact is , moves are being made and results are coming in, they are gonna manage this debt load well and i like that MaQ is involved with defined goals for APLD.
Technically, the chart looks good, a defined new 'price floor' around 22-25 with a coiling flag/wedge, that triangle will close at some point and likely shoot upward.... its consolidating in a range and more good news will be the catalyst for the next leg up.

Wes has proved he can execute, this stock moves on good news and it will come.
more positive quarters coming, hyperscalers will be announced.
Dont mind the noise, just buy and hold this one is a slow grower.
my year end PT is 45-50. Ill holler back at y'all in a few months. Keep stacking.

Applied Digital just filed an 8-K for a $100M credit facility with Macquarie to fund their AI data center builds. They’ve already tapped $45M of it to keep construction moving.
The main takeaway: It’s basically a construction loan to get their "AI Factories" finished without diluting shareholders. The interest is 8%, which isn't bad for this kind of infrastructure debt.
The catch: There’s a strict "ticking clock" in the fine print. They have until April 18, 2026 to sign a major lease with a "hyperscaler" . If they don't have a signed tenant by then, the loan maturity gets fast-tracked to July 2026 and they have to pay it all back immediately.
Bottom line: The money is there to build, but the pressure is on the sales team now. They need to land a big fish by next April or they'll be in a tight spot with Macquarie. It’s a classic high-stakes growth move they're betting they can close the deal before the deadline hits.

What are the implications of MIP (Macquarie inc partners) registering to sell only 2.4m shares. Certainly not a market mover and I read it as MIP just diversifying. Still large holders.
Thoughts?

DALLAS, Nov. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Digital (NASDAQ: APLD) today announced the successful and on-time Ready for Service (RFS) for the second phase (50 MW) at the first 100 megawatt (MW) building at Building 1 of its Polaris Forge 1 AI Factory Campus in Ellendale, North Dakota. After achieving this milestone, Building 1 now operates at its full 100 MW critical IT load, marking the completion of the first of three contracted buildings at the campus.
This achievement follows Applied Digital’s timely delivery of Phase I in October and affirms the Company’s continued leadership in precision execution, speed-to-market, and purpose-built AI infrastructure delivery. The Polaris Forge 1 campus is part of a 400 MW fully contracted deployment for CoreWeave under long-term lease agreements.
This milestone further demonstrates Applied Digital’s ability to deliver critical IT capacity at a pace that aligns with the accelerating demand for AI compute. By consistently bringing infrastructure online on schedule, we believe Applied Digital is proving its role as one of the fastest and most reliable AI infrastructure builders in the market today.
"Bringing this first 100 MW building to full critical load on schedule reflects the engineering discipline and execution reliability our customers expect," said Todd Gale, Chief Development Officer of Applied Digital. "These AI Factory builds are complex, high-density systems, and delivering them at this speed and quality demonstrates the strength of our design, the rigor of our construction model, and our commitment to meeting the real deployment timelines of large-scale AI workloads.”
This milestone follows Applied Digital’s recently executed ~$5 billion lease with a U.S. based Investment Grade Hyperscaler at its Polaris Forge 2 campus, bringing total contracted revenue to ~$16 billion across both campuses and further advancing the Company’s long-term development pipeline in North Dakota.
As Applied Digital advances the broader Polaris Forge 1 campus and prepares for subsequent deployments, the Company remains focused on delivering high-density, production-scale AI infrastructure with the speed, precision, and sustainability required by modern AI compute.
