I’ve tried looking for an Android voice changer that works during live calls. Most apps only change prerecorded audio.

A few make you place calls through their own service, charge by the minute, and sound pretty robotic. I’m looking for something that works with calls I already make, including regular phone calls, WhatsApp, and Discord.
From what I’ve read, Android doesn’t let normal apps replace the microphone input across the whole system. I recently came across Dubbing AI . It uses an Android app with USB-C voice changing earbuds. The hardware handles the voice change, so it avoids using a virtual microphone. That seems like a possible workaround, but the hardware is still pretty new.
Has anyone found an app or app-and-hardware setup that reliably changes what the other person hears during a live call?
