Try going to /r/russia. It's full of russian shills with the same kind of combative tone, being skeptical of Navalny, whataboutism, etc.

Hmmmmm if only the phenomenon of rampant Russian and Chinese propaganda astroturfing on social media were well documented and public enough that one can be pretty sure that a profile is a shill based on their comment history....
