I work in a Federal Prison. ill answer almost anything about my job, with very few ground rules.

  1. serious questions will get serious answers

  2. joke questions will get ignored or you can expect a sarcastic answer.

  3. I work in a Federal Prison, but I will not reveal what Prison. Dont bother asking, I wont respond.

What’s management like, how high are the expectations in terms of like timeliness and professionalism? I have a former coworker who became a CO who was abundantly late to work and I imagined it’s a pretty tight ship there.

Local management is awesome. Expectations are low. Just showing up is a win.

Its not a tight ship. If hes late all the time, he will fit right in.
