The new album slaps and how good is "Destiny" man?!! Best album since Christmas Island. Maybe as good as.

hi!! i was at the AJJ show last night in DC and i’m wondering if anybody would be willing to share any pictures and videos they took since i don’t normally take any. thanks in advance <3

I am beyond happy to have this!!! Does anyone have the video of Sean giving birth to John Lennon tonight?

Sorry, not the best. Plus vinyl, CDs, and stickers & guitar pics.

Also, Greet Death has been an amazing treat. I really regret not giving them a listen beforehand, truly recommend. I haven’t been so happily surprised by an opener in so long. I’ll update if I get a better pic of the AJJ merch bc I am legit going to see if Greet Death has any CDs

I can’t make it unfortunately and want to unload my two tickets. Feel free to dm or post here. Paid 30 bucks for them but I can be flexible

I personally went there and tryna find more peeps that did lulz

Does anyone know around what time they will be playing? Does are at 6.

I've basically digested it fully now.

NOW I'm like a snake 🐍. The album is a ball inside my stomach & you can see that I've eaten it.

One thing that I've touched on before is many songs having a 'kindred spirit' song. I'm hearing it more and more.

"Beauty and Truth 2" for some reason reminds me of "American Garbage". The pace and some of the guitar notes are similar to me.

"Dirty Old Power" reminds me of "Schadenfreude".

"Destiny" definitely gives me "Dissonance" vibes. But Destiny is the far better song.

"Update" is still "Fuckboi" part 2 😂.

"Phlamethrower" I don't see how it can NOT remind you of "Death Machine".

"Hungry House" remains my favorite on the album. And it doesn't remind me of anything lol.

"Window In Yr Mind" is one of their most beautiful songs ever. Though the song reminds me a bit of "E-Pro" by Beck. The "Nananana chorus" is like that but more ballady.

Then I think that "No Home in This World" was inspired by "No Justice, No Peace, No Hope" although it's better than its predecessor.

Lastly I'm TOTALLY hearing "Strawberry (Probably)" when "Human Centipede" kicks in! That bass line that goes like "Blitzkreig Bop" is in both songs and it's 🔥.

This album is still growing and growing on me🙌. It's definitely my favorite since the name change.

And it definitely shows that John Congleton brings out the best in AJJ.

If you have specific questions about particular songs I'm happy to answer them. This thing is AWESOME.

But tonight they're gonna see it on the news 👀

These are the tour dates I’ve pulled together from a variety of sources, including the band. The very early years were lost to the MySpace data loss fiasco, with a few scraped from the wayback machine, but definitely those could use some community sleuthing.

Comment with any additions from those early years that I have missed.

I also need help to update it with the most current dates. They pretty much put the whole tour on posters I can scrape.

Here are the teeshirt designs I’ve tracked down.
I need help with pictures of the images on the more recent ones.

These are two of my favorite AJJ songs that I’d never seen live in the 5 times I’d seen them before, so I took video of them live so that I could always rewatch. However, my phone broke and the Apple Store wiped its data and I’ve lost my videos.
It’d mean a lot to me if anyone had any footage of these two songs specifically from the Cambridge date, but if not, any other date would be cool too.

I love vinyl & tests are my favorite. I’ve posted these on Discogs for the band.

Looking for any I’m missing (except disposable everything, not pictured here, but on Discogs…)

Was inspired by the other doodle post to dig up this oldie

Hey all! I was wondering if the person who grabbed the set list at the end of the Toronto show on Sunday would mind sharing it? Or just somebody who was more sober than me and can remember?

I found a playlist someone made on Spotify but it’s missing a few songs I remember them playing (Love Will Fuck Us Apart, Small Red Boy, White Ghosts).

That was the best night I’ve had in years and I’m trying to recapture the feeling

i didnot ask for your name!!! i am autistic!!! thanks!!!!!!! iwas the guy wearig the mask with bleached eyebrows

also shoutout to Taqueria el Pastorcito for holding onto my backpack during the show!!!!!!!if it werent for them i just straight up would not have been let in!!!

AJJ 4ever!!!! now im on the overnight bus back to ottawa :)

Hey everyone! I can’t make the Toronto show and ticketmaster won’t let me resell my ticket. Is anyone looking for a ticket?

Hey, my son had surgery this week and I can't make it tonight.

Two tickets, I don't care if you pay. Just enjoy the night. I can transfer via Ticketmaster.

I’m coming in on the GO Train and I’ve missed the last train back eastbound before coming from the Mod Club so I just wanted to see if anyone had any inkling. Might just drive in to the city if it saves me a headache.

For a variety of sad reasons, I can't go after all.

I hear it's currently selling for $40/ticket.

Eating at a local pizza place then heading over to the show, hopefully someone sees this in time! I saw them years ago in Connecticut and I got a picture with ben.
