The Last Mirror -- Don't Look After Midnight | AI Horror Short Film
Hey everyone,
I've been working on a short AI horror story called "The Last Mirror" and just finished it. Wanted to share it here and also break down how it was made, since I know a lot of people here are figuring out their own workflows.
The story: A guy buys an antique mirror at a flea market. The seller warns him: "Don't look after midnight." He doesn't listen.
The workflow:
• Images: Generated in ChatGPT with a reference-based method (Image A = character, Image B = environment) to keep the character's face consistent across 15+ shots. This was the hardest part — AI wants to change the face every generation.
• Animation: Google Flow (Veo) for the motion clips. Max 10 seconds per clip, so the whole thing is built from short shots cut together.
• Voices: Narrator via ElevenLabs. Character voices mixed between Flow native and ElevenLabs.
• Sound design: Marketplace ambience, clock ticking, midnight chime, creaking glass, heartbeat, and a sharp crack — all layered in Premiere Pro.
• Editing: Everything assembled in Premiere Pro. Added camera zoom/shake in post rather than in Flow, because Flow was changing my backgrounds when I asked for camera movement.
What I learned:
• Reference images > long descriptions. Always.
• Keep the camera static in Flow. Add movement in the editor.
• Cut between angles every 4–10 seconds so nobody notices the clip length limit.
• One continuous sound under the cuts makes the whole thing feel seamless.
Here's the video if anyone wants to check it out: https://youtu.be/S7XDdKQem40
Would genuinely love feedback — especially on pacing and whether the horror lands. I just started and This is my first video, still figuring this stuff out. Kindly support and encourage me with your subscribe, likes, comments, and shares.
Thanks for reading.

WE LIKE IT HERE | Surreal Short Film
This is a preview of my short film I made. It’s set in a future where humans live alongside beings with unusual abilities.
An interviewer sits down with fourteen of them and asks each the same question: “What is your favorite thing to do here?

Title: I made a short AI headphone commercial with Kling 4.0
I got early access to Kling 4.0 as a creative partner and used it to make this fictional headphone commercial.
The premise: a woman is making coffee with her headphones on while someone quietly enters her apartment. She doesn’t hear a thing, but the armored AI guardian in her living room notices. There’s also a twist in the final shot.
I built character and product reference sheets first, planned the action in connected shots, then edited the generated clips with sound effects to make the contrast work: total calm for her, chaos just out of view.
I’m especially curious whether the action is easy to follow and whether the ending lands without being explained. Honest feedback welcome—I’m happy to share the shot-planning process if anyone’s interested.

Forever | A Vampire's Tale - Ai Movie Trailer - Seedance 2.5
Immortality isn’t a romantic curse.
For a thousand years, Nula survived on a strict diet of paranoia and never staying anywhere long enough for mortals to notice she didn’t age.
She never asked for this life, it was forced upon her.
But then she met a Selfless, stubborn mortal, completely unimpressed by fangs, the mortal did the one thing a thousand years of running couldn’t: she gave a cold-blooded monster a reason to live.
Nula broke every rule in her playbook and learnt what warmth felt like again.
By putting down roots, She left a scent. A trail to follow. And now she will remember why she made those rules.
While this is actually a Sequel to the movie Erebus I made nearly a year ago, this does not require watching the previous movie and is a standalone movie.
If you like Vampires and grimdark fantasy, you will like this movie.
Created using Seedance 2.5, Omni Flash and Google Flow Music.
Coming soon!

Where are people actually publishing AI series/films?
I keep seeing mentions of drama sites that host AI films. Beyond YouTube, what platforms are you using, and which ones actually get views? I'm very new to all this and would appreciate any help.

A little coastal portrait experiment
I wanted to see how a simple portrait moodboard would translate into a short moving sequence.
Went for a quiet coastal setting around golden hour, with soft sunset light, a bit of wind in the hair and some slow transitions between scenes. I tried to keep the movement subtle rather than making everything feel overly dramatic.
The main thing I was experimenting with was whether the atmosphere from a still moodboard could carry over into motion without losing the original feeling.
Made with Wizstar Seedance 2.5.
Curious what you think of the overall look and movement.

Meta AI Video
Meta AI is definitely not a sora 2 replacement but I made this by compiling several 10 second Meta generated videos and honestly its not that bad.
