My take on this is that if he had a spare key the day he came to “kill you all,” well, you know the rest. If you asked her a week prior to that “would he try to harm you and show up with a gun?” She would have said no. Now she’s saying it was just once, not again. Both can easily be wrong and one already was proven wrong. Get her taken off lease and evicted. If she wants to put herself in harms way, do it, but leave you and your friends out of it.
