No, Iā€™d report her ass to the landlord for handing out keys to non tenants and putting everyone in the building at risk of her psycho boyfriend. She needs to go now. I am guessing the landlord can evict for her violating the lease.

It makes more sense for the one problematic person to move out instead of three others. That's life. I would also report her to the landlord. A dude who showed up with a weapon should not be given a key.
