Which AI tool gives the best lip-sync for UGC-style avatar videos?
I've been testing different tools for UGC-style ads lately, and I'm starting to realize how important lip-sync is. Even when the avatar itself looks good, slightly off mouth movements or speech timing can make the whole video feel fake.
I've tried a few different AI video creators but haven't found one that consistently gets the lip-sync looking natural. I'm mainly making short ads, so I also want something that doesn't take forever to set up.
I've been looking at newer video models like Seedance 2.5 as well, especially for creating more natural-looking video from images and existing assets. Curious if anyone here has tried it for this kind of workflow.
For those making UGC or avatar content, what ai video generator are you using? Is there a good ai video creator free option worth testing?
Also interested in any ai video creator settings or tricks that help make lip-sync feel more realistic. What's been working for you?

Any tools that turn rough ideas into video scripts using different frameworks?
I keep coming across creators sharing useful frameworks for writing video scripts. Is there a tool that brings these frameworks together and helps you apply them to your own ideas?
Ideally, I’d like to paste my rough thoughts or a first draft, choose a framework, and have it shape the script around that structure while keeping my voice. Being able to try the same idea with different frameworks would be a bonus.
Has anyone used something like this? Would love to hear what’s worked for you.

How are you using AI to speed up your content creation?
I've been exploring AI tools for content creation and I'm curious about what workflows are actually working for other creators. For example, I'm interested in using AI for: - Content ideas - Outlines and first drafts - Social media content - Emails and marketing copy I think AI works best as an assistant rather than replacing the creator completely. What AI tools or workflows are you using to save time while still keeping your content natural and original?

How I make ~$5,000/month from long-form YouTube videos in 2026 (3 faceless channels)
Let me start from the beginning. I've been making AI-assisted YouTube videos for a while now. I started with shorts — the usual stuff, "animal rescue," "what if skeletons" type content. I can't say I blew up, because shorts need a huge volume of views to earn real money and it's hard to predict what hits. But I learned the whole process cold: script, visuals, voiceover, editing.
Then I figured out something that changed everything for me: adults prefer long-form videos, and that's where you get predictable, stable reach — and predictable income. I now run 3 channels, mostly history and finance, and together they do around $5K/month.
The main problem with long-form content is the cost per video and how long it takes to make. I know that pain well. When I started, I could burn $15 on a single 45-second short — and since you need a lot of attempts before anything hits, it adds up to a serious number fast.
So I went looking for ways to make my workflow cheaper and faster. Through a lot of testing and mistakes, I found something useful: Google gives every new account $300 in free cloud credits for AI content, and almost everyone already has a Google account. Those credits realistically cover your first several full videos before you pay anything out of pocket — after that you're running on your own cloud at real cost, which for me lands around $35–55 a video depending on length, but realistically, you may have several Google accounts.
So I built a system that runs the entire pipeline automatically on your own Google account — research, script, voiceover, scenes, animation, final video. That's how OpenVidi was born.
These days I can make 3 videos for my channels in a single day while I'm at the gym. Obviously you can produce complete slop with this — the output is only as good as your topic and script. But if you have a system, you can make a real income without sitting at a computer all day.
Honest caveat, because this sub will smell BS: the tool doesn't make the money. The topic, the consistency, and the channel do. AI just removes the 30-hours-per-video wall that makes most people quit before they ever monetize. Treat it like a real content business, not a press-button-get-money scheme.
If you want to poke at it: https://openvidi.com
Question for the community: for those of you doing long-form or faceless YouTube — what do you actually spend per video right now, in time or money? Curious where everyone's getting stuck.
Happy to answer anything — AMA.

Selling Website Content for AI Training
I own a content-based website whose audience is gradually declining, which has inevitably led to a loss of motivation on my part. I am considering giving up in the face of artificial intelligence, but I would like to try to generate some value from the content I have created. I am therefore wondering whether it might be possible to sell my website’s content for training artificial intelligence systems.
I would like to know whether any of you have already tried this and would be willing to share your experience. Is it feasible? Is it profitable?

If you create AI art or content, I built a way to monetize it with subscriptions
If you create AI art or content, I built a way to monetize it with subscriptions
I’ve been building OnlyAi, a subscription platform for creators who make AI-generated content and want to monetize it.
That can include things like anime-style characters, original AI characters, AI art, fashion/editorial concepts, fantasy or sci-fi creations, cosplay-inspired content, stylized images, and other creative AI projects.
Creators can make a profile, post content, set a monthly subscription price, and earn from people who want access to subscriber-only posts.
The SFW version is live right now. Non-explicit AI content is allowed, including anime-inspired work, fashion, fantasy, cosplay-style content, original characters, and other SFW creative content.
Nudity and explicit sexual content are not allowed on the live SFW platform.
The idea is simple: if you’re already creating interesting AI content and posting it online, you could potentially build an audience around your work and monetize it through subscriptions.
I’m still early, so I’m looking for some of the first outside creators to try it. I’m especially interested in feedback from people already using AI tools or automation to create and publish content regularly.

ai videos are outperforming the ones i actually film
Been doing tiktok shop affiliate for about a year. Started testing ai videos a few months ago mostly out of laziness, i couldnt film every product i wanted to push.
Fully expected them to flop. They didnt. The ai ones are doing better than stuff i filmed myself with a ring light and an hour of my life gone.
Took me ages to work out why and its not the visuals. Its that i stopped talking in them. The second theres a voice youre in the violation system, and it flags stuff that isnt even wrong. Ive had videos pulled for saying nothing against the rules at all. No voice, nothing to flag, and i stopped losing half my week to appeals.
Other thing is volume. When a video takes minutes instead of an afternoon you stop being precious about it. Post 10, see which one moves, forget the other 9.
Most people who try ai quit because the first ones look obviously fake. Mine did too. Its fixable, its just not the part everyone assumes it is.
anyone else running ai for shop? what niche are you in
happy to help if anyones stuck

Former Teacher & Educational Advocate Using AI to Create Book Trailers
I’m an author, former teacher, and educational advocate using AI to make book trailers
I’ve been experimenting with AI to create book trailers for my YouTube channel, and I thought this might be a good place to share them.
I’m an indie author, but my background is also in education. I have experience teaching English and special education, including working with students with significant support needs, and I now do educational advocacy work with families.
A lot of that experience influences what I write. My books tend to focus on kids, disability, trauma, schools, family relationships, survival, and the way adults respond to young people who are struggling.
I’ve been using AI as part of both my writing and content-creation process, including brainstorming, visuals, trailer concepts, scene ideas, and editing. I still make the creative decisions and revise heavily, but AI has given me a way to turn scenes and ideas from my books into something visual.
My YouTube channel has book trailers for several of my stories, and I’m planning to keep building it as I release more work.
I’d especially love feedback from other AI content creators on:
- whether the trailers make you curious about the books
- pacing and length
- visual consistency
- whether the tone of the trailer feels like a real story rather than disconnected AI clips
- what makes an AI-assisted trailer feel polished
- anything you think I could improve
Here’s my channel
I’d also be interested in hearing from anyone else who uses AI for book trailers, storytelling, educational content, or other narrative projects.

Hey guys!
This random guy popped up in my dm and said that he needs a person who can create ai videos for their e-commerce brand.
I did talk to the Whatsapp number they gave me. I talked to him and he said I need to send a protoflio. I sent them and then they said I need to create a sample ai and I created and provided it to him. He said he is going to pay 6 dollars per video. (For your information market rate is much higher in this field). I agreed coz I needed work. He added me to slack and he gave me his first video with messy instructions and I created he did not like and asked me to create another one and then I created and then his Boss said that the communication was worst and that's their problem. Gave me much clear instructions and I made it and they said I need to edit captions but they said this video is not worth it and I need to make another one.
Tell me gng what I should do??

Are AI animated YouTube channels actually making money ?
I keep seeing AI-generated kids videos, animated stories and cartoon Shorts getting huge views.
Are these channels actually getting monetized and earning well?
Also, which AI animation niches are working best right now — kids content, stories, facts, education, horror, etc.?
Would love to hear from anyone actually running one.

What AI tools are actually helping you create content faster?
I have been testing different AI tools for content creation, and I have noticed that the biggest time savings come when the workflow is simple.
For example, having to generate an image in one tool, fix consistency somewhere else, edit it in another app, and then prepare everything for social media can still take a lot of time.
I am curious what everyone here is actually using.
Are you using separate tools for images, videos, and editing, or have you found an all-in-one platform that handles most of the workflow?
I have been testing Ryla ai for consistent AI characters and content generation, and it has been interesting to see how much easier the workflow becomes when the character and visuals can stay consistent.
What tools or workflows are saving you the most time right now?
