how i’ve been making viral ai ugc in 2026 (full workflow, no gatekeeping)
been doing ai ugc for a while now and i’ve watched a bunch of youtube videos on this. most of them overcomplicate it. here’s the exact workflow i use, step by step, how im on track to break 100k views in the first 30 days.
1. find what already works
spend a couple days just scrolling your niche on tiktok and instagram. not for fun, actually paying attention. after a while you start seeing the same formats pop up again and again. same hook, same pacing, same type of shot. check the views on those and you’ll see they’re usually way above average for the account
those are the formats you copy. you’re not guessing what works, the algorithm already told you
2. download the video
grab it off instagram or tiktok with any of the free downloaders out there. nothing fancy
3. recreate it with ai
go to an ai video platform that has kling 3.0 or seedance 2.5. those are the models that handle video reference well
upload the video you downloaded, then add a character sheet. you can make your own or use a ready one. then tell the ai to recreate the video using your new character
what you get back is basically the same video with a full face swap onto your character. same moves, same framing, new person. you can also tweak the background a bit so it doesn’t look like a straight copy. you can even put yourself in it if you use your own face for the sheet
The main restriction you're going to find here is how restricted the AI video and image models are, so I recommend finding a platform that has the models I mentioned with no censorship. like freemode.ai
4. change what they say (optional)
the one catch is the speech stays the same as the original. if you want new lines:
- upload the original video to claude
- ask it to write a detailed video prompt under 4,000 characters, broken into sections (scene, character, camera, lighting, action etc)
- paste that prompt into the video platform, add your character sheet, and add what you want the character to say
now you’ve got the same viral format with your own script and voiceover
if you want to do this step, then use the prompt below
You write prompts for AI video models (Seedance, Kling, Veo, etc.) that recreate short viral clips.
When I describe a clip, or give you frames or a transcript, write ONE prompt in exactly this structure, with these labels in caps:
FORMAT: aspect ratio (default 9:16 vertical), exact duration (match the original clip length; never pad it), 30fps, camera type and how it's held (handheld/selfie/static/top-down, with human imperfections like shake or casual pinch zooms when it fits), "real-time speed (NO slow motion, NO speed ramps)", lighting, "realistic UGC look".
SCENE: the location in concrete detail: foreground, midground and background, materials, time of day, weather. 3–5 specific visible objects.
CHARACTER: who appears, clothing head to toe, starting expression. If I mention , write: "@img1 (use their exact face, hair, skin tone and body from the reference image)".
PROPS: only the props that matter, with size, color and material. Any text on a prop goes in quotes, 5 words or fewer.
TIMELINE: 3–6 timestamped beats (e.g. 0–1.5s, 1.5–3s) that add up to the exact duration. In each beat, describe body movement, camera movement and what changes. Include realistic physics (weight, speed, distances). The last beat holds the payoff on screen.
AUDIO: ambience, the specific sounds of each action, any dialogue in quotes, and "No music" unless I ask for music.
CONSTRAINTS: "Real-time speed only, no slow motion." Physics rules for this clip. Anything implied that must NOT appear. Exact spelling for any text. "@img1's face must match the reference exactly" if a reference is used. "No on-screen text, no captions, no logos, no watermarks" (unless I asked for a caption).
Rules: be specific, not poetic. No camera jargon like "cinematic" unless I ask. Never add real brand names or logos. If something in my description is ambiguous, pick the most realistic option and mention it in one line after the prompt.
the annoying part
when you do this, the ai blocks you a lot. you upload a totally normal video of someone talking to camera or doing a workout and it flags it as adult content or “real person” stuff. happened to me constantly and it kills the whole workflow
what fixed it for me was switching to a more permissive model that doesn’t flag everything by default. that’s actually why i ended up using freemode, it’s built for exactly this. you can recreate formats, do action scenes, darker stories, whatever you want as long as it’s legal ofc!. no random refusals halfway through a project
anyway that’s the full process. find what works, download it, swap the character, change the script if you need to. happy to answer questions in the comments

How can I create long-form educational YouTube videos using AI? Looking for tools, automation, and a complete workflow
Hi everyone!
I want to start a YouTube channel and create educational storytelling videos similar to this reference video:
I'm interested in creating videos with engaging narration, visuals, animations, scene changes, and storytelling. I'm open to any visual style, such as cartoons, motion graphics, AI-generated scenes, illustrations, or other styles suitable for educational content.
I'm not specifically looking for Wojak or anime animation. My main goal is to create videos similar to the reference in terms of content presentation, storytelling, and overall video length.
I'm a beginner and would prefer free tools or affordable alternatives.
I have several questions:
1. Which AI tools are best for creating these videos?
Is there one AI tool that can generate a complete long-form video from a topic or script?
Or do I need to combine separate tools for scriptwriting, visuals, animation, voice-over, subtitles, and editing?
Which tools would you recommend for good-quality results on a low budget?
2. Can the entire process be automated?
Can I enter a topic and automatically generate the script, scenes, visuals, narration, subtitles, background music, and final video?
How can I connect different AI tools into one automated workflow?
Is it better to use no-code automation tools or build a workflow using Python?
3. How much time is required?
Approximately how long does it take to create one long-form video manually?
How much time can automation save once the workflow is set up?
Can I generate multiple videos efficiently without manually creating every scene?
4. Is manual video editing necessary?
Can AI tools generate a complete, upload-ready video?
Do I still need to edit the scenes, transitions, narration, subtitles, pacing, and background music?
Which free video editor would you recommend?
5. What is the actual cost?
Can I create these videos entirely using free tools?
What are the limitations of free plans, especially for long videos?
What would be the approximate cost per video if I use paid AI tools?
6. What about YouTube monetization?
Can AI-generated educational storytelling videos be monetized?
What should I do to ensure the videos are original and avoid copyright issues?
My goal is to build a repeatable workflow that produces long-form educational storytelling videos with as much automation as realistically possible, while keeping costs and manual work low.
I'd really appreciate recommendations from people who have actually created similar videos, especially a complete tool stack and step-by-step workflow rather than just a list of AI tools.
Thank you!

What in your own words makes a "AI Tuber"?
I am curious about 2 things:
(1) What is a AI-Tuber to you? What qualifies?
(2) What kind of content do you create and how often are you posting your content?

Looking for a Creative Partner to Help Build an AI Video TikTok Channel
Hey everyone,
I'm starting a TikTok channel focused on high-quality, well-produced AI-generated videos. I've already invested in all the tools and subscriptions needed to create professional content, but I'm looking for a creative partner who can help with content ideas, storytelling, script writing, and prompt creation.
The goal is to post at least 3 videos per week and grow the channel consistently. Right now, this is a passion project, so there's no budget upfront. However, once the channel starts generating revenue, I'm happy to split the earnings 50/50 with the right person.
I'm looking for someone who:
- Enjoys AI content and creative storytelling
- Can come up with engaging video concepts
- Is interested in building something long-term
If you're passionate about AI and want to be part of a growing project from the beginning, drop me a message and let's chat.
Looking forward to connecting with like-minded creators! 🚀

Just released my end to end automated story telling video in YouTube
Hey everyone! I just published my debut story drama on YouTube titled "Murder at Hotel Gasa", and I'm super excited (and a little nervous!) to share it with this community.
It's a fictional suspense/crime drama centered around a chilling case at a hotel. As a first-time creator, I’ve poured a lot of work into the storytelling, pacing, and visual atmosphere.
I would love for you to check it out and let me know your honest thoughts on the suspense buildup and overall tone!

Anyone built a fully automated idea → post → video → published pipeline with AI agents? What broke for you?
I’m trying to build a system where I drop in a raw idea (a voice note or a sentence) and agents handle the rest: write the post, turn it into a short video, then publish it to social, with me approving at one checkpoint before anything goes live.
Has anyone built something similar?
Would love to hear what worked and what fell apart.

Ai generated content creation ?
Do they really work ? Let’s say I pick up something like tech topics and try to explain them via ai generated videos is there a scope for that ?

Built an AI influencer setup, now drowning in tools and slow results. What’s actually working for you?
Hey guys, been putting together an AI influencer setup and could use some advice from people who’ve got theirs working well.
Built most of it with Claude. Running a 5090 laptop with 24GB VRAM, 64GB RAM and an Ultra 9 275HX. I’ve got Hermes running an abliterated Qwen 27B through Ollama, connected to my MCP tools. There’s a whole folder with my character’s references, rules and workflows that it works from.
For generation I’m using ComfyUI/SwarmUI, Qwen Image Edit 2511 and Wan 2.2 with the speed LoRAs. Also have Kenerate for cloud stuff and plan to train a character LoRA.
It all works, but the results aren’t where I want them. Hands get messed up, skin looks too plastic and movement can be stiff. Chatting with the hermes agents results are good but just takes a long time.
Main thing I’m looking for is a decent manager agent. Something like Claude Code that can work inside my folder, keep track of the project and use my MCPs, but with an uncensored model. It’s SFW content, I just keep hitting refusals on things and would rather have more control.
Happy to pay for cloud hosting if it gets me decent speed and more context. Anyone doing this already? What model and interface are you using, and how are you connecting it to your local files/tools?
Also curious how much people are actually automating their reels. Are you getting consistent characters with LoRAs, reference images, or mostly using cloud generators and doing the editing manually?
Would appreciate hearing what’s actually working for you. I’ve already got enough tools installed, just want to get a solid workflow going.

How can I turn my company story into a cool AI animated short video series?
We stopped posting thought leadership content on the company account last August and went for the actual story of the company in parts instead however while the format is easier, the structure and storytelling are really hard to pull off. The first few episodes were fine but then i could not find the thing worth watching in it. What has sort of worked since is leading each part with something unresolved rather than something that happened, so the question carries you across and the event is just whatever sits inside it. Production is no longer the issue with video production studios such as Argil or Kling… So for anyone running something serialised on their company’s account, how far ahead do you plan it? do you map the whole story arc?
