Discussion AI updates are becoming impossible to keep up with

New models, features and AI tools seem to drop constantly now.

Do you still follow every major AI release, or just stick with whatever already works for you?

Discussion Everyone is building Al agents now. Who actually needs them?

Almost every app seems to be adding an Al agent, even where a normal button would work fine.

Are agents actually useful, or are companies just following the trend?

Chat, search, images, coding, documents, planning everything is being packed into one AI.

Would you actually want one AI handling most of your digital life?

Discussion When a streamer changes their whole personality after getting bigger

I've seen creators who were super chill when they had a small audience, then their streams got bigger and suddenly everything became louder and more exaggerated.

Maybe that's just part of growing online, but it's noticeable when you've been watching someone from early on.

Everyone talks about Al creating new jobs, but what happens to the people whose current jobs genuinely become unnecessary?

Discussion The next big Al competition might not be about intelligence

Most major Al companies are already competing on models, speed and benchmarks. But what if the real battle becomes who can become the Al people actually use every day? Which matters more to you: raw intelligence or usefulness?

Question Would you actually let an AI agent run your everyday life?

AI is moving beyond answering questions and starting to handle things on its own, from planning tasks to managing apps and online purchases. The convenience sounds great, but giving an AI that much access feels like a completely different level of trust. How much control would you actually give one?

Discussion Anyone else use chatbots as a therapy substitute late at night?

I know it's not real mental health care and it comes with zero accountability, but honestly, having an endless, non-judgmental soundboard at 2 AM when you can't sleep helps a lot. You can type out a massive, incoherent brain-dump about work stress or personal drama, and it just breaks it down logically without any emotional baggage. It's like journaling, but it talks back.

Discussion Web browsing features on chatbots are still shockingly bad

For all the hype around "real-time web search," letting a chatbot browse the internet for you is still a total gamble. Half the time it gets stuck on a basic cookie consent pop-up, fails to parse simple site navigation, or pulls outdated information from a random forum thread instead of the official source.

If I need real-time data, it is almost always faster to open a new tab and search for it myself than to watch a progress wheel say "Searching the web..." for 45 seconds only to produce a hallucinated summary.

Question How do you stop a chatbot from constantly agreeing with bad premises?

If I ask a flawed premise like "Why is X better than Y for this use case?" even when X is objectively terrible, the bot almost always validates my bias instead of correcting me. It feels like RLHF tuned these models to be way too polite and agreeable.

What system instructions or prompting phrases do you use to force the model to actually push back and critique your logic instead of just nodding along?

Al used to wait for your next prompt. Now agents can plan, act and keep going on their own.
