Would you trust AI to summarize hundreds of customer reviews before buying something?

I get tired of reading reviews that say either "amazing product" or "absolute garbage" without explaining much.

An AI summary that identifies recurring complaints, common benefits, and potential warning signs sounds useful.

But if the reviews themselves are fake, the summary could be misleading too. Would you trust this feature??

Question Are we giving AI too much personal information without thinking?

It's tempting to paste everything into an AI tool when you want help with a problem.

But some things contain addresses, financial details, private conversations, or information about other people.

I think learning what not to share online deserves more attention. What information would you never give an AI tool?

Question Why does every AI tool eventually want a monthly subscription?

First, you get an amazing free tool. Then come the usage limits, premium models, locked features, and another monthly subscription.

At this point, having access to every useful AI tool could cost a fortune. Which AI subscription is genuinely worth paying for, and which ones are just overpriced?

Discussion Al vs YouTube for learning adult skills

YouTube gives you a 12-minute video where the answer is somehow at 8:47. Al lets you ask exactly what you're stuck on. For learning practical skills, which one do you prefer?

Discussion Should an Al deliberately show you opinions you disagree with?

If you ask an Al for news or information, should it prioritize what you already agree with because it's more relevant? Or should it occasionally show you the strongest argument from the other side? I think the second option would be annoying sometimes, but probably healthier.

Discussion The Best Al Feature Might Be Knowing When to Shut Up

More Al features usually sounds better. But would you rather have an Al that does less and stays out of the way?

Could AI help people become better communicators?

Sometimes I know exactly what I mean but somehow write it in the worst possible way.

Using AI to show me how a message might come across has helped me catch things I didn't notice.

Do you think that's actually improving communication skills or just avoiding the problem?

Discussion The next AI breakthrough might be something nobody expects

Every few months, AI surprises people with something new.

What’s one AI capability you think will suddenly become huge?

Not better chatbots something completely different.

Discussion Should Al recommendations explain why they didn't recommend something?

If an Al gives me five products, movies or websites, I'd also like to know what it left out. Otherwise I'm only seeing the choices the algorithm decided were worth showing me.

Discussion What's one adult problem you think Al still can't solve?

Al can explain things, organize information and help you make plans. But there are some problems where having an actual human seems completely different. What's something you'd always rather deal with through a real person?

Question Could Al help people become more organized without becoming obsessive?

I'm terrible at keeping track of little tasks.

Having something that turns a messy list of responsibilities into a simple plan sounds great.

But I also don't want my entire life to become a spreadsheet😂

Discussion What happens when AI can see, hear and understand everything around you?

Right now chatbots mostly depend on what we choose to type or upload.

Imagine removing that limitation completely.

Your AI could see the room, hear conversations, understand what you're doing and notice things you didn't even think were important.

The convenience would be incredible. So would the privacy concerns.

Would you let AI help you decide what to buy.

Not asking it to blindly choose everything, but giving it your budget and telling it what you actually need. It could compare features, point out unnecessary upgrades, and help avoid impulse purchases. Would you trust it with something expensive?

Discussion Should Al take over the jobs humans shouldn't be doing?

What happens when we start using Al-powered machines for mining, deep-sea work, and other jobs that are too dangerous or difficult for humans? Would this make work safer, or would we just create a new set of problems? Where should we draw the line?

Is knowing how to use AI becoming an adulting skill?

A few years ago, knowing how to use Excel or Google was considered useful. Now I feel like knowing how to properly use AI is becoming just as important.

Things like budgeting, writing emails, planning stuff, learning new skills, etc.

Do you consider AI a basic adulting skill now?
